Yes, hardly anyone dies from CV unless they are in poor health, often due to our own fault, and I myself do not intend to be vaccinated (I think I already recovered from CV. anyway, thank God), but I see no moral problem using body parts from someone who was murdered to save a life, but not murdering anyone to do so. Meanwhile murdering the most vulnerable who are "quarantined" in their place of comfort is considered an "essential service."
