This is sick she is calling for the 25th Amendment to be used in a completely illegal way.

Don’t people see the Constitution and all our Freedoms will be gone with these pigs?

“ Don’t people see the Constitution and all our Freedoms will be gone with these pigs?”

I think most people see it.

But what can be done about it...the only options to defeat a runaway tyrannical government is a military counter-coup (the fast way) or to have the population go all 1968 on the political perps.

I don’t really expect either.

This IS A COUP!
The reason they want the 25th amendment is to get him locked up in a mental hospital or something, to have his sanity questioned.
Why?
Because Trump has the secrets.

The Roman Senate accused Julius Caesar of fake crimes while he was capaigning in Gaul. They didn't like him because he was a populist that was too well liked by the people and hence had too much power for their liking. So they demanded he return to Rome for trial or be tried in absentia. If he returned he'd have to give up his army and his protected legal status (imperium) as a governor and surely convicted and either executed or banished. If he stayed he'd be called a traitor and banished. They thought they had him no matter what he did and that he'd just go hide somewhere and never be heard from again.

But Caesar, rather than meekly accepting that he was stuck, decided to return to Rome after all but in an unexpected twist bring his extremely devoted and loyal army with him. So he headed south and entered Roman territory with it by crossing the Rubicon river (the Northern boundary of Rome) saying 'The die is cast'. Civil war was on. The Senate fled, the people of Rome rejoiced and welcomed Caesar and he went on to hunt down the Senators and grandiosity forgive them and let them return to Rome as his permanent subordinates. And Caesar won.

And so fake trials and a 'can't lose' plan to destroy political rivals ended up ultimately destroying the Senate itself, along with the Republic of Rome and bringing in the Empire.

Don't know why but that's just been on my mind lately.

LOL. So, the impeachment was by a whistleblower, or so-called whistleblower. ICIG Atkinson made up a rule of law that the IC has jurisdiction over the oval office. The "law" as written doesn't say that, but the law as practices, and nobody in Congress said otherwise, took as a matter of law that the IC has jurisdiction over the oval office.

Regardless of what the words say on paper, Congress just does what it wants, then says "rule of law." Works every time.

Congress is a criminal enterprise.

The fact that the 25th amendment doesn;t apply, does not mean that it does not apply. The press reports this as though it is a serious and valid request, and that the only thing counter is timing. That this would be approriate if there was say a month or two left, but not with only ten days. The public will accept that.

I just laugh at thei "rules" argument and so on. Congress is completly off its hinges. It's an amazing thing to behold. Lunatics. Dangerous lunatics.
