"....A city real estate agent was publicly fired after she posted to social media about attending the event. After workers at a tattoo shop posted about attending the rally, the shop was savaged on social media and was hit with graffiti accusing the store of employing “Nazis.” A Vietnamese restaurant, whose owners reportedly also attended the rally, was overwhelmed with negative online reviews....."

Today I turned in my Apple phone for a Samsung. While at the store, I also returned my new Mac Book Air after having it one week. Deactivated my Apple Watch and replaced it. Bought a Samsung laptop with touch screen that flips into a tablet. Apple has the nerve to ban free speech while supporting the CCP. Forced sterilization and genicide is being celebrated. At least with Samsung they are pushing back with Google re apps, there is more flexibility, they make their products in SK, India and Vietnam and are investing in US manufacturing. Perfect? No but screw you Apple.
Of course, because now, attending a pro-Trump rally brings negative publicity to your organization. Got it. Fire their ass!
It would have happened even if the Capitol Building hadn’t been breached.
I've thought about us old curmudgeons in that way. For a year and a half I have exercised five days a week. For a while now, I have run over two and a half miles a day on a 12 percent incline. The program on my smartwatch indicates I have the pulmonary health of a 52 year old. If they ultimately give me nothing else to live for, I may "not go gentle into that good night."
Participating in riots or insurrections or sedition or domestic terrorism does. Take your pick, the Trump rally and what happened at the Capitol have been called all of those by one source or another. Of course companies will fire employees who participated, especially ones stupid enough to put their employer on their social media site.
“ Lawyers will be lining up for them.
Sue for what?”
Firing someone on the basis of their political beliefs is against the law.
Without a doubt, but probably with less public gloating.
If this is true it is time for a class action suit as well as a civil class action suit where they can sue the employers based on prejudice of ideas and first amendment protections.
Yep! Time to lay into them ALL legally as well as sue them financially.
Social Justice Warriors on a rampage. A couple of hundred at the protest did the damage and tens of thousands get the blame.
...and HUNDREDS of thousands, even those that did not go over to the Capitol got blamed.
outstanding!!
Great!!!
Democrats encouraged burning down businesses all summer.
There was at least 1 million maybe 2 million people there in DC on Wednesday
I’d say most of them probably are pretty well armed
The leftists are pushing for it but I do not think that they want a real war with us
They think because we’ve been pretty mellow all these years and just taking it that that’ll continue to be the way it is forever
But not in this case now that it’s showing that they are not going to allow free and fair elections - that’s the last straw
All of their actions now to try to suppress the truth are not going to work
Name the people who demanded they be fired. Do far worse to them.
If I were on Trump’s legal team, I would pay much attention and record how the media presented as “news” what happened on January 6, 2021. Nicholas Sandmann’s legal team (Lin Wood’s firm) settled defamation lawsuits with the Washington Post and CNN. If I remember correctly, ABC’s Cecilia Vargas said Trump was “delusional” when the U.S. Capitol was invaded on January 6. Cecilia isn’t a licensed psychologist. I would look into whether Cecilia defamed Trump that day.
Purge Alert!
The shop doesn’t employ Nazis, but it’s apparently run by Nazis, who believe in Nazi-style oppression of political opponents. Or are they just the “good Germans” who are caving to brownshirt style tactics from the leftists?
What a pile of egregious, left wing bull. Fake, screaming Soros journalism via anecdote. Does this 50 IQ peckerhead get paid by the word?
