The police officer who shot Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt dead has been suspended and the incident is currently under investigation.
Babbitt was shot in the neck at almost point blank range during yesterday’s chaos in DC during the storming of the Capitol building.
Footage of the shocking incident clearly shows that non-lethal measures could have been used against Babbitt, who served her country during a 14 year stint in the Air Force.
The officer who shot Babbitt, who was wearing a suit and positioned inside the Senate chamber when he opened fire, has now been suspended pending an investigation.
US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund also said that there would be a “thorough review” of security measures following the incident.
Sund said in his statement that officers had acted “valiantly” against rioters who “actively attacked United States Capitol Police Officers and other uniformed law enforcement officers with metal pipes, discharged chemical irritants, and took up other weapons against our officers.”
As we highlighted earlier, some leftist commentators called for police to shoot Trump supporters before Babbitt was killed, while others gloated over her death on Facebook and Twitter.
Three other people died during the bedlam, but authorities have only revealed that they were killed as a result of “medical emergencies.”
Immediately after the shooting, mainstream media journalists such as Huffington Post’s Matt Fuller falsely claimed that Trump supporters were shooting into the chamber, when the opposite was true.
FEMALE. BLACK FEMALE. 100%. Females with guns are more likely to shoot in non-lethal situations because they are.. SCARED.

A large male would have just stepped out and yelled at them to leave.

Killing the victim was to teach her a lesson. Being given a promotion is to teach everyone else a lesson.
And that lesson is: don’t take too seriously that part about petitioning the government for a redress of grievances.

They take us for fools. I can believe Antifa wearing an officer uniform doing a cold blooded assassination, but not an officer. This woman appears to be in an adjoining room across a hallway from the shooter. She was just standing among others doing nothing that was threatening. There were other officers in the same room with the victim who had long guns. They were not concerned about the victim. The shooter steps into the hallway and calmly raises his gun, takes aim, and administers a deadly shot to the neck of the victim approximately 10-12 feet away.
