Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff, Marc Short, reportedly said he was denied entry back into the White House after Pence said he would follow his constitutional duty to certify the election results Thursday.
Short reportedly told Real Clear Politics reporter Philip Wegmann that he is not allowed back on White House grounds because “He’s (Trump’s) blaming me for advice to VP.”

trump loves to fire people so i guess it is because he often hires bad people so he’s good at it. that’s the only way i can explains it.

Pence was behind the firing of Flynn and the hiring of McMaster and other traitors. The veep is supposed to be the President’s pit bull. But he was silent during the Russia/Mueller hoax. He did nothing to control Ryan. He did nothing to get McConnell to go into recess. For 4 years McConnell refused to go into recess solely to prevent his own President from making any recess appointments.
When the impeachment hit, he was silent again and his staff testified AGAINST Trump.
When he was appointed covid leader, he was a weakling that allowed Fauci and Birx to do anything they wanted.
When Trump was moving hard last June against riots and the Guard was rolling into towns across the nation, Pence was weak.
I never thought he was very good or loyal.
These people would do something crazy because they still don’t realize what would occur if they do.
I think a future Senator from Indiana is no longer possible.
A cabinet member in future RINO administration? Since he is not really a DC insider, it may not be likely, either
Pence had historic opportunity to save the country a lot of pain by doing the fair and equitable thing and referring the electors back to the states for recount as set forth in the White House Congressional brief below
Restoring Confidence in the 2020 General Election
▪ “Clear the air – count and compare”
▪ The tabulators cannot be trusted nationwide, and many counterfeit ballots have been inserted, therefore:
▪ A full check to weed out counterfeit paper ballots and then a count of the remaining legal ones across the nation must be done for all races in all states and will accurately determine who the people of America actually elected as our leaders.
▪ All ballots must remain locked and physically protected until directed by the federal government.
▪ A task force led by a trustworthy individual (we recommend Sid Gutierrez: NASA Astronaut, retired Air Force Colonel, Center Director at a National Laboratory) produce a standard procedure that will be required and will include full accountability so that counterfeit ballots are excluded and legal ballots are not lost, modified, substituted, or added in.
▪ We estimate counting can be done in each state in 5 to 10 days time with support from identified national assets.
▪ It must be done in full public view (via web broadcast) where each person has the chance to do the count themselves if they so desire. No more hiding behind barriers, distances, secrecy, and gag orders.
▪ We have the technology to do this.
▪ The paper ballots are secret ballots which means you cannot tell who voted it.
▪ Counterfeit ballots can easily and quickly be identified using technology similar to that used by Treasury to find counterfeit currency. Illegal paper stock, ballots filled out by a machine, mail-in ballots that never went through the mail, ballots printed and marked with the same ink can all be identified and rejected.
▪ Every legal paper ballot will have a camera pointed at it and will be captured for a few seconds.
▪ It will be recorded and be broadcast in real time on the Internet.
This would have been the easy and least confrontational way of resolving the dispute and it would have legitimized the presidency of the victor in the recount. I think Trump thought Pence was on board but Pence back stabbed him at the last moment, betting Trump could be ousted before the President had a chance to re group and execute Plan B - Operation Scorched Earth. .
I really thought Pontius Pence was going to come through and do the right thing. LOL! I should have known that anyone who’s hair is that perfect all the time cannot be trusted!
And then, he runs straight to the press, just shaken to the core!
Maybe so - but his words at least always spoke of his respect and loyalty to the President. I know - that was just words.
Pence was a nobody until Trump plucked him out of obscurity. Like they say, no good deed ever goes unpunished.
