Scanning machines should be required to:
- scan an area of the ballot to determine if the ballot has already been scanned
- and upon scanning, mark the ballot with the time/date/machine at the time of scan

What a cheapskate way to stuff a ballot box. Take a batch of ballots, sift out all the Trump ones, then scan them over and over! So much easier than making fake ballots, having to ship them to Fulton County, sneak them into the arena and into the counting area.
IF they were to ever actually count ballots and compare the total to actual votes, I bet they're way short on paper ballots.

I’m curious why each ballot doesn’t record a unique number and if that number is scanned a second time, the voting tabulator just disregards.
I mean...we can send a probe to Mars...right? We can’t create software to do just that?

The Dominion voting machines need to be forensically audited. If those machines are capable of being connected to the internet in any way the executive who flatly claimed that they cannot be connected should be tried for treason! Put me on his jury so that I can exact punishment!
