In my experience, melatonin is good for waking up sweating from a crazy dream I can’t remember.
I’ve done as much valid research as Fauci, and I recommend eating a raw egg in the morning, 12 prunes for lunch, and broccoli cheese for dinner.
That will keep you safe.
That will also keep you alone....................
Just don't eat the orange one...it bad.
ISWYDT!..............................
A 9-year-old child I know, who takes melatonin occasionally, did get Covid-19, but had no symptoms. Was only tested, due to her household had it, and her mother is a nurse.
OMG! Me, too! When I was going through a rough patch and having trouble sleeping, a Dr. recommended it. No mention of the side effects.
One night on it and that was MORE than enough! Really terrifying dreams! Violent and surreal.
It doesn’t effect everyone this way, which is good, but no thank you!

Social distancing at it’s finest. See, my research is scientifically sound. Where do I apply for my grant?
Melatonin helps my wife and I sleep very soundly.
A 9-year-old child who takes melatonin?..............why?..............
It’s the Devil. 😈
I also take it when sleep doesn’t come easily. I never had a problem with bad dreams. It did not prevent me from getting COVID but it was very mild.

So the kid will go to sleep so the parents can get some privacy or sleep?
this is one of the things that was given to Trump when he was in the hospital.
I thought it was odd....someone commented that they were trying to slow Trump down, since he is always so active.
Guess its another one of the supplements that helps.
I did read up on it, but yeah, too many side effects for me.
What dosage do you take?
Possibly, but it sounds more medical..................
And on the toilet.
I have those without the melatonin.......In fact, last month I dreamed Biden won the election, and.............
I’m think he was wondering why it’s necessary for a 9 year old, as most kids have zero sleep issues.
We used to do this thing back in the day.
We’d play outside until exhausted, then sleep like the dead all night.
