OMG! Me, too! When I was going through a rough patch and having trouble sleeping, a Dr. recommended it. No mention of the side effects.

One night on it and that was MORE than enough! Really terrifying dreams! Violent and surreal.

It doesn’t effect everyone this way, which is good, but no thank you!

I’ve heard that, but I take 3mg sometimes and no issues except I sleep without waking up as often.
