Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, had increasingly closed himself off prior to the bombing, neighbors told The Tennessean.
Just weeks ago, Warner built a gate in the fence, pulled his RV into the driveway, and shut the gate, neighbors told the newspaper.
It was the same vehicle authorities said Warner packed with explosives and detonated in the city on Friday, killing himself and injuring three.

DNA can be obtained from a variety of personal articles. A few examples include hair in a hairbrush, saliva on smoked cigarettes and unwashed glasses, used tissues, and so on. Basically anything on which hair or bodily fluids are deposited during routine daily activities. They found human remains (meaning blown up parts) and compared the DNA from those remains to DNA collected from inside the man’s house. Really quite simple these days.
BS. Not just developers but tester with no experience and with English lit degrees were making 30 bucks an hour in Austin Texas in 1995. Developers with no experience started at $40/hr and went up from there with more experience $50+ and that was in 1995....
Back in 1995 if you knew how to turn on a computer you were considered “experienced”. Skills, any skills, in those days were very hard to find and yes those salaries reflected the demand of that time.
Here are some details about the lady, Betty Lane that Michelle Swing deeded the house to
Well bless your little heart for looking out for us deplorables ... who know the bldg seven fall was spoken of before it occurred on live TV.
With everything going on with AT&T, Dominion and all the connections and the FIBbers & DOJ up to their eyeballs in the coup.
The pay and benefits were quite good, but the working conditions were really tough. We tended to attract guys who were intensely driven, but weird.
The coup is but a skirmish in the war that china is waging and we have yet to acknowledge.
I can't figure out why a global(?) company builds a server farm in the business district of a town of less than 3,000 people. Doesn't seem to have "created" jobs locally, and it just so happens to burn down on Election Day. They received four shipments between May and October from China, one was a power distribution module from a "sportings goods company" (Shanghai Temposk8 Sports Co., Ltd.) and two for pre-fab buildings from Laizhou Dingrong Steel. The fourth shipment is another mystery. I can't find any info on the other shipment.
His mom is alive. They got DNA from her and a car he had recently given away.
His mother is still alive and was swabbed. They also could have taken samples when they searched his home, tooth brush razor, pillowcase, etc.
Looks close to Oak Ridge. There’s still lots of secret defense stuff up there.
As for wages? Jeez developers in the 1990s made the same and that is not adjusted for inflation!!!
According to the Stack Overflow 2020 Developer Survey, developers and software engineers in the United States are making more than double what they made in the 90s (not adjusted for inflation). Personally, I'm making about 125% more than I made in 1996. Adjusted for inflation however, I'm only making 27.5% more. (I'm a general purpose developer with some specialization in DevOps.) But that's a sample size of one.
H-1B must end so traitors like this imposter are put out of business!!!
I absolutely agree with you. H-1B visas for tech workers are complete and total garbage. They are giveaways for rich Republican donors and the Chamber of Commerce crowd that take good paying jobs away from real Americans, particularly in demographics where retraining for IT is so critical to the economy, like coal mining and manufacturing. I want that money going to Appalachia and the Rust Belt through the market as wages, not government programs.
Another oddity: They received the PPP loan in April, but groundbreaking in Maynardville was on July 26,2020. I suppose the corporate headquarters received the PPP. Union County does border Anderson County, TN (Oak Ridge). You’re correct in that secret cities and secret projects are nothing foreign to East TN.
Anthony Warner didn’t kill himself
I’m going with recent endstage diagnosis. He leaves early and takes out NSA substation too.
So, I'm guessing... probably a comment you'd like to take back now?
just my $0.02.
- jimjohn (20 yrs IT; Systems admin/DBAdmin/AWS certified) - OUT

it wasnt too far off his rocker because he did try to prevent other deaths
