They have dredged up an arrest record for this guy from 1978 for controlled substances. Whatever else is true, what was exposed was a massive weakness in our communications infrastructure, and on the one day when businesses would be most likely closed. Hopefully some good comes from this and they build in some redundancy.

There is no such thing as a person of interest. There are victims, witnesses of various types, and suspects. Nothing else. The instant you form the idea that someone is involved, even to the smallest extent, they are a “suspect”. Upon further investigation, a suspect may be charged or cleared. There is nothing else despite several hit TV shows and a large number of housewives watching reality crime shows.
When I was young “person of interest” meant Raquel Welch.
“It means they have identified someone that had an RV in the area that matches the description of the RV in question. “
And that reasonable suspicion makes him a “suspect”. Further investigation may rule him out as the perpetrator, or confirm that he is.
“Person of interest” is like “kinda pregnant”. You is a suspect, or you isn’t.

I looked over your video frame by frame. What I found is the millisecond initial blast (where the screen begins to go “blue”) seems to indicate that the explosion came from outside the RV - to the left of it.
I think the force of the blast threw it across the street in flames, and you’re seeing blowback. In any case, it doesn’t seem to be the RV itself that is exploding.
