Sad, but true.
Another Fox caller, Chris Swecker, former FBI assistant director said there was a report to police before the explosion of shots fired, whether there were or not, it may have been a ploy to draw police into the area to be injured or killed when the explosion was triggered.
His comments were to the point while Bandaras’ tends to downplay any comments not from offical sources. His last comment was that this sounds a lot like a terroist act, but as a commentator he said he can say that, but if was still with the government he would make no such comment.
Definitely.
They are going all around with bomb-sniffing dogs. They suspect another device.
This was an act of domestic terrorism.
Watch them blame some group like the Proud Boys.
Tim Mc Veigh all over again.
Except, by the gace of God, nobody died.
Someone who was wanting an insurance payout for their government ruined business is also a likely suspect.
When half a nation is disenfranchised weird and terrible stuff is probably going to happen. I hope nobody repeats this. Who is claiming responsibility? Welcome to Northern Ireland US style?
Covid business restrictions can make business owners desperate.
Facebook, yes; Free Republic no.
give the above and the time of day.
sounds like whoever did this didn’t want to hurt anyone
that rules out religion of pieces
My guess also. If anyone wanted to make headlines without harming innocent people, Christmas morning in a downtown business district might be high on the list of times and places to do it.
Nashville, I read, recently reinstituted capacity restrictions for bars and restaurants and early closing times.
I am only speculating, but it is possible that a few of the thousands and thousands of owners of small businesses who have been forced out of business by the "two weeks to flatten the curve" that has been in operation for the last 9 months could be very angry, feel that their lives have been destroyed by uncaring bureaucrats and politicians and feel that they have nothing to lose now.
That corner is mostly food and bars with some mixed uses up the hill
That precise spot is a hip hop outdoor patio hang spot ...ethnic....a shooting there in October that I posted here cause my son witnessed part of it
This is different though
Bombs are not hood rat modus operandi
It was no McVeigh bomb but it was fairly large....that’s a compressed by buildings block
It blew out through structure windows on the back on first Avenue which runs by the river where the Fort Nashborough rebuild is
What’s telling is shots fired earlier....of course now that might actually have been the hood rats
Condos downtown there go for 350 for a small studio and up
But across the River beyond the stadium still lies a large project and the western half of east Nashville still has hood
Most of east nashville is boho and hipster and homo
Fox host Leeland Vettert (sp) now disagreeing with former federal attorney Michael Moore on what the facts so far indicate. Host now saying we don’t know this, so just speculation.
Julie Banderas is an idiot.
Alleged warning prior to explosion.

Thanks for the background info.
One piece of new info was that the RV itself was broadcasting a warning that it had a bomb onboard that was going to explode.
BOOM! Somebody wake up Jim Hoft.
Oh dear Lord, please no more Jim Hoft articles. EVER!
Nashville tourism is downtown.....I’d say the Nashville equivalent of the French Quarter is around a 5x5 block centered at lower Broadway and Second ave where Hard Rock is anchors it all
And that is Nashville biggest draw
It’s a mostly white tourists seeking country or Americana music spawning ground and I’d assume 100s of establishments to cater to them down there
Plenty very nice hotels now including boutique ones....it’s a good getaway for couples too
The bars are actually fun with happy tourists
It’s also America’s capital of brides party getaways .....
Nashville number one business is healthcare far and away ..
Then music and publishing and insurance and automotive
This is another possibility.
It might have even been a spectacular suicide.
Cops said they do not know if there was a body in the RV.
The old GMC space mobiles in the 70s had navy and black and dark green
Though some looked like painted by the banana splits
And argosy airstreams look good
But you’re right most are taupe or white....to look bigger I guess
"Per the OEM's Baghdad Bob."
The Nashville Office of Emergency Management has shoved its credibility up its keister and blowned it up.
