South Korea on Tuesday said it had scrambled fighter jets after nearly 20 Russian and Chinese military aircraft entered its air defense identification zone.
According to Reuters, South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said that it identified four Chinese warplanes and 15 Russian aircraft entering its Korea Air Defense Identification Zone (KADIZ).
In response, the South Korean military dispatched fighter aircrafts, although the Chinese military eventually told South Korea that its planes were conducting routine training.
The JCS confirmed in a statement that the incident appeared to be “a joint military drill between China and Russia,” but added the event “requires further analysis,” Reuters reported.
South Korea’s Yonhap news agency reported that the country’s foreign ministry told both China and Russia Tuesday that their planes should not again enter the KADIZ.
This comes after the South Korean military announced in July of last year that it had fired hundreds of warning shots at a Russian military aircraft conducting a joint air patrol with China when it entered the KADIZ.

Biden will be fine with the trampling he’s about to get from China and Russia.
They wouldn’t dare try it with DjT.
They are ‘counting their guns’.
Biden will tell SK, “Come on man! They’re just training man! You wanna take this outside?”
They should just fire off a SAM as part of “routine training”.
Yes, and sending a very big FU to the USA and any allied partners.
Looks like the commies are feeling their oats.🙄
It is a FU to trump.
Just practicing for when Joe Birdbrain and Heels up Harris take over.
Next time I suggest South Korea run drills and shoot down the
enemy aircraft in it’s space (if that’s what indeed happened).
Since China has already set up the just practice excuse, all
parties should play by the same “just practice” theory.
The United States should set up a military base in Taiwan, and
the Philippines. If Vietnam wants in, I’d say go for it.
We either counter China now, or wait until it’s fully
ready, to take it on at it’s full strength.
“Looks like the commies are feeling their oats.”
Commies have always felt their oats.
Now that they’ve subverted everything in sight, they’re ready to pull off their revolution, Manchurian Candidates in place, with full support of at least fifty per-cent of the population. Many voters admire
Che Guevarra, Chairman Mao, Lenin and others.
(Notice that the Statue of Lenin in one of those northwestern cities is still standing.)
Just saying.
IMHO
True.😟
Yes mate, and to us, all of us.
They think they have won, we shall see.
“We either counter China now, or wait until it’s fully
ready, to take it on at it’s full strength.”
I really appreciate the fact you recognize they are currently over matched.
And yes, you are correct. Now is the time.
Though I believe US forces on Taiwan to be deliberately provocative, we should have forces in the Philippines most certainly. Even if we need to sponsor a coup there.
And those forces must include IRBMs with nukes.
BTTT
“ The United States should set up a military base in Taiwan, and
the Philippines. If Vietnam wants in, I’d say go for it.”
Under our communist administration? We are now on the other side.
I suggest those countries build and/or nukes as quickly as they possibly can (if they haven’t already, it’s probably too late. Israel might help them.
And at the first sign of trouble, take out Chinese and Russian cities and infrastructure. (Maybe they could do us a favor and send a couple to take out Washington DC). Otherwise they are going under, just like we have.
This scenario makes me think of how Cambodia “tried” Gerald Ford when he first took over as president by hijacking an American freighter.
Ford was lucid, Biden won't even know.
China nd Russia have an enemy-of-my-enemy relationship. They hate each other, but they will join forces until the rest of the world is wiped out.
