The new strain of COVID-19 is out of control and people need to behave as if they already have the virus, especially in the new Tier 4 areas of England, Health Secretary Matt Hancock has warned.

LOL this is ridiculous..this “New strain” doesn’t cause people to die more than the original one, viruses mutate, same with the flu, every year the flu behaves differently, sometimes the flu is stronger than the previous year..What the commies want us all to do is lock down forever..so we will be reliant on Govt..forever
Spanish Flu is H1N1. It’s in every flu shot given every year. Part of the mixture.
There is no presumption that it can’t still kill if antibodies forget about it, so the flu shots keep reminding them.
It’s so dangerous ppl have to take a test to even know if they have it.

Yeah yeah yeah, but why are they really doing this? I’m on an island that in the us news it’s reported to be the end of the world with the virus. As I sit by the pool with hundreds of others from around the world as well as locals, you would never know the virus exists. I also have a friend who lives in Italy. In March when the media was reporting the apocalypse there she denied the majority of their reports.

My point is that the 1918 Spanish flu virus is =extinct=. Just because it was an H1N1-type doesn’t mean it still exists because H1N1 types still exist. It took scientists decades to recreate the 1918 virus’s genome sequence from DNA fragments recovered from frozen corpses.

Does this mean the new vaccines that just got approved like Pfizer and Maderna are not going to work on the new strain? Are we going back to the old Flu stories like, if you get vaccinated and get the Flu , it would have been worse if you didn't get the vaccination. -Tom
