Donald Trump on Friday held a meeting with Sidney Powell, who was unceremoniously dropped from his legal team, to consider appointing her as special counsel for election fraud, according to a report.
Powell, who was Michael Flynn's lawyer and is known for her support of wild conspiracy theories, was briefly a member of Trump's team, headed by Rudy Giuliani.
On Friday, as Powell was in the White House, Giuliani joined the discussion by phone.

From law and policy. Trump appoints the Attorney General and Trump can request a special counsel be appointed and Trump can even name who he wants in the role. But if the Attorney General refuses then there is nothing Trump can do but fire him and try again with the next one. He cannot appoint a Special Counsel on his own.

However, GA has the same people running the election with the same procedures..IN addition, there are millions of dollars being brought in from Hollywood and the Tech titans to sway the vote :( One Rapper is even giving away a Tesla?!?! Again, Why would you expect a different outcome??
Many GA voters are furious that no one in that state government seems to give a rat’s rear about their votes—because GA leadership appears to be anti-Trump or compromised. And these 2 cricket-chirping senators are not deserving of a herculean effort to get them elected when they will not fight for our President...
BTW, I am hoping President moves forward with some of his options and GA votes will be set aside or there will be a fair re-vote. Stop the Steal for Trump, and very likely these 2 senators will be elected in a FAIR election in January.

Said I would get back to you. Hope situation in GA changes...and I can write back that I am eating crow...But for now:
They did not change any of the procedures...Same drop boxes, unviewed counting, etc. So process was working against them and probably some angry Trump supporters gave up on them too.
According to Perdue, voting irregularities are why he lost.
I really wish he and Loeffler had stepped up earlier to fight the steal. They signed on in past week or past couple days.
Stacy Abrahams bragged about the change in signature checks being instrumental in the win...
