I do not believe Sidney Powell was a member of Trump’s legal team. Several weeks ago, Sidney and others said she was not on the team.
So how does Trump discharge a lawyer that he has not hired?
Daily Mail is anti Trump
They can’t get the facts straight...
...a LOT of fake news
Hey Dailymail- Fake news much? She was never fired- she never worked for him- do yourelf a favour, and hire competent reporters so that your site won’t look like it’s run by idiots who can’t do basic investigative work- You sound almost as bad as the abysmal Fake News king CNN now

Oops- editor was on break- Do YOURSELF a favour,

TDS is fatal to common sense- the rage blinds them to basic facts
FDR commissioned some people as special agents during World War II, to act on behalf of the President.
One of these people, was an old friend of his, and the commission was to investigate fraud that was abundant in several early contracts between the US Government and various companies that would present to supply goods and materials for the war effort.
In addition, some people who have been sworn federal law enforcement agents, are occasionally summoned to act in the above capacity (special agents of the President) including power to apprehend anybody from anywhere, who has been found to be operating as a terrorist (terrorism is a sub-class of piracy).
The Congress has no authority over these decisions; and the Judiciary have no authority over these decisions. Neither ever will, without amending our Constitution to specifically deny such Executive Authority of the Head of State: That is, to protect and defend the USA.
This morning, Rudy told Steve Bannon he had told the President that he (the President) should appoint TWO special councils. One for Hunter, the other for the election fraud.
It’s not the first time he has said this. He told Bannon he has the authority.
RE: Trump holds meeting with lawyer Sidney Powell, who he fired for conspiracy theories
Excuse me? In his podcast, Rudy Giuliani CLEARLY stated that the reason they parted ways was because of the EMPHASIS in the cases his team ( with Jenna Ellis ) and Sidney Powell were dealing with. Powell’s cases required detailed analysis of the Dominion Voting Machines, which Trump’s campaign team did not have time to deal with given the tight deadlines they had to chase. Guliani even reiterated this AFTER he recovered from Covid.
Sidney Powell was NOT FIRED. Whoever wrote that misleading headline clearly has an agenda to discredit her.
Make it so, President Trump
Grant her unlimited resources while you are at it

Actually, who besides FReepers ever read Daily Mail reports?
DM might be publishing this garbage just to get clicks from FReepers so they can show how huge their audience is to their advertisers.
Oh, good God. Can’t he choose a competent attorney?
The headline title is by design! It’s to throw everyone )look in this thread) off and get people talking about the fact that Trump never hired her in the first place instead of talking about what’s really going on.
Not correct. What Sidney really said was do not vote if the fraud systems are not cleaned up before election. Because it you vote before fraud is cleaned up, it just validates the fraud election since everybody voted and still republicans lost.
The Weekly World News is meant to be humorous.
It never was “legit.”
You didn’t know this?
i don’t ev en go there- just read the headlines- i dont give em clicks-
I’m still bummed that Tubi dropped The Apprentice collection right before the election.
I was watching those on the treadmill and enjoyed them a lot. Only got through season 3. Anybody know where they might be on streaming?
Lies:
She was never hired.
Trump never mentioned “conspiracy theories “
Exactly. What part of "working independently" do these orifices not understand? Those in the legal profession would simply call her "co-counsel". Multiple independent firms work together on particular high-profile cases all the time. And they're all considered part of the same team for the duration of their association.
“President can appoint Special Counsel himself.”
Maybe THAT is what he was talking to her about?
Special Counsel appointment.
