A spokesperson for the U.S. Supreme Court disputed a report that claimed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts shouted at the eight other justices in a room in the high court, urging them not to take up the Texas election lawsuit against four other key states.
As guidance, the court “has been conducting its conferences remotely by phone since March when the building closed due to the pandemic,” a Supreme Court spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email on Friday in response to a question about the claim.
The statement contradicts what a GOP Texas elector, Matt Patrick, said earlier this week, claiming that an anonymous person said that “the Justices went into a closed room” to determine whether to take the Texas lawsuit that was eventually dismissed. Then, according to the elector, “When the Texas case was brought up he said he heard screaming through the walls as Justice Roberts and the other liberal Justices were insisting … afraid of what would happen if they did the right thing.”
The claim also appeared on Hal Turner’s website, sourcing an alleged “clerk for one of the [Supreme Court] justices.” It is unclear where Patrick obtained his information.
“The Justices met in a closed and sealed room, as is standard,” Turner’s website said, citing the alleged Supreme Court whistleblower. “Usually it is very calm, however today we could hear screaming all the way down the hall. They met in person, because they didn’t trust telephonic meeting as secure. Chief Justice Roberts was screaming, ‘Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case?'”
Attorney Lin Wood wrote on Twitter this week that Roberts and Justice Stephen Breyer in August discussed how to make sure that Trump “would never be reelected” over the phone.

Not a cult, but I sure as heck am not going to ignore people on FR maligning those who are fighting for our behalf.
We put up with the same crap for four years from liberals over Trump. It has nothing to do with Wood in particular, but I will set the record straight whenever I see a post like yours.
What are you accomplishing, by the way? Do you think you are successful at discouraging the Patriots who are left on FR? Because real Patriots are not going to roll over and hope for better luck next time. There is no next time. This is it.

It is not any of these lawyers’ fault that the judges are corrupt and will not look at the evidence. The evidence is there. Not just Wood, Powell, Giuliani, Ellis, all of them.
Roberts is a compromised POS who takes orders from his Satanic Deep State puppetmasters.

The SCOTUS isn’t even meeting in person in that conference room since the pandemic started. The story was impossible as being true. Embarrassing nonsense from the start.
Pretty much all public officials are subject to being asked questions on controversial issues. In some instances, the Supremes should be expected to answer questions. Each justice should be asked about the truthfulness of the story, and Roberts and Breyer should, under oath, confirm or deny that they had a conversation in which Roberts stated he would do all he could to prevent Trump from being President. If this is true, both Roberts and Breyer need to recuse themselves from further election rulings. This is too important for the justices to hide behind the “impartiality” skirts.

Well, thats fine... but I don’t hear any JUSTICES defending Roberts.
yeah, that part never made sense, and rather discredited anything that came after.
But unfortunately, some conservatives are as bad as leftists when it comes accepting as true anything that fits their preferred narrative.
