Giuliani: “We’re not finished. Believe me.”

Rudy Giuliani:

“The case wasn’t rejected on the merits, the case was rejected on standing. So the answer to that is to bring the case now to the district court by the president, by some of the electors, alleging some of the same facts where there would be standing,” he said in a Friday interview on Newsmax.

“There’s nothing that prevents us from filing these cases immediately in the district court in which the president of course would have standing, some of the electors would have standing in that their constitutional rights have been violated,” he added.

“We’re not finished,” he concluded. "Believe me.”

Note this would have the effect of unseating various Representatives including Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Alex Occasional-Cortex.

Perhaps then this is the solution, some sort of emergency declaration that because of widespread fraud that local authorities are unwilling to prevent, various urban regions are henceforth defined to be excluded from the territory of the United States, and that could be done along the lines of congressional districts. Those representatives could meet with each other at a convenient place (the George Soros offices, Chairman Xi’s summer retreat) and fulminate together.

It has happened before in history that after a contested election, two different governments emerge with rival claims of legitimacy. That may happen here. Better not to surrender altogether to the communist coup. And that’s what it is, supported by foreign governments hostile to your country. Even as a non-resident and non-citizen, it makes me angry so I can only imagine how it makes you react.

You’d think that SCOTUS would give a crap about the kind of country they want to leave for their kids.

You are mistaken. They do, that's why they vote to allow gay marriage. That's why for over 50 years they have shown no reluctance to legislate from the bench.

Nope... not even the federal government.

Indeed, but I wonder if SCOTUS would grant injunctive relief to the federal government and halt all secession?

The one aspect of secession that troubles me is that the process should really be the reverse,..

I agree. The answer is not to RUN but FIGHT.

Dude: This lawsuit was filed by the state of Texas, not the Trump campaign.

If You are in Texas it’s IN THE TEXAS STATE CONSTITUTION.

It will be only up to the People and Legislative Body of Texas.

I may have to move back to Texas with My new Family.

I kept My Texas DL just in case I need it as a Passport...

It’s definitely a coup, an insurrection with CCP INVOLVED and they’re the ones that started covid bombing us and are in cahoots with deep state!. It’s already a WAR that started with biowarfare. Get your guns ready. Every Antifa act of violence is fair game. President Trump can declare martial law and put the military in the streets. We’ve been reduced to a third world country and we need to take America back.
Do you really think politicians in cahoots with a country dropping covid bombs cares about our votes? They don’t CARE if we live or die. In fact, they want all Trump voters dead.

Kinda oily. That’s calamari and...baby octopus?

You mean that really isn't the Kraken? Sheesh, I feel deceived and let down. Kind of like when someone made a grand announcement comparing an election challenge to the release of some mythical beast on an unsuspecting election board that turned out to be nothing more than oily calamari.

Texas should start the withdrawal process just to let them know this is serious.

Why should the Demonrats be the only intimidators? It’s time for the pro-Americans to go full Rocky and start using the southpaw on Apollo.

The Texas legislature meets next month and I expect it to be quite an interesting session this go round.

Thank you. I agree. It is only about relatively few population centers ruling the nation. The cities are failing so much they are collapsing under their own financial and structural decay. I believe almost all states are red minus the big cities. So reform the nation and kick out the cities and their respective counties. Allow some parts of the county to secede to the new USA

I had great respect for Rudy at the start of this process but he is definitely out of his depth here and has been from day one. Some say it’s twenty years on the sidelines that have rusted him up but that isn’t the real problem...

He’s been surrounded by thousands of little league armchair warriors and rookie lawyers trying to make names for themselves, acting with zero coordination instead of Trump having one team of major league litigators conducting one case with military precision and managing the comms around it

The result is a scattergun approach. A lot of video clips and commentary that either isn’t actionable or would be demolished in five minutes if tested in court (eg doctored video clips where the untouched original feed is also available).

We think a lot of this high volume noise has potential, like the sacks of letters to Santa in Miiracle on 34th Street... But the reality is, it DOESN’T help Rudy or Trump if there’s no quality control.

Star witnesses on our side (literally by Rudy’s side even) have included a child sex offender, an exotic dancer, a cyber stalker on parole, and one witness who has to be coached all the way through the hearing to stop her going off script.

Demanding the disenfranchisement of all postal votes in response to a question about tens of thousands of votes, comes across like protesting inaction over an apartment bloc arson by demanding a napalm strike on the adjacent neighborhood. It is a hugely problematic request for even a sympathetic judge. Give any cause for any judge to reject it, and they will.

The judges are acutely aware that if they sign off the right thing in the wring way, this stops being a Republic. The mistake many people make is thinking that this risk only exists if the judges call it for Biden.

No. It also exists if Christmas comes early for every banana Republic in the world as a consequence of activist judges doing something as extreme as tearing up all postal votes whether legitimate or not.

How can an experienced tactician, who took the lessons of the Al Capone takedown to the next level in the 80s and who excelled in New York, hone in on the good stuff if we keep cheering on the scattergun approach and endorsing stuff that’s fine for social media but shouldn’t go within a mile of a serious court action?

The Texas legislature meets next month and I expect it to be quite an interesting session this go round.

However, if Texas were able to actually secede, Austin would likely secede from Texas and seek to join California.
