The damn standing argument is the court’s escape hatch. I saw it time and time again with Obozo and the many personal court actions against Obozo on the BC issue. If really makes no sense to me in Constitutional cases since these cases personally impact every American. It’s a weasel ass to shit can the case. How can the court say that State citizens have not been disenfranchised in a fraudulent election? I wonder if they offered any rationale. The typical story line is that the injury is ‘direct’ enough to support the action. Go figure?

At this point what you say seems to be the only recourse.
First, we need our law abiding states to toughen the rules.
1. Every registered voter has to prove they are a citizen before they can be registered.
2. Every voter has to vote ‘in-person’ with a government issued ID.
