Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

Levin: The Supreme Court may have just slit it’s own throat.

Yep.

They’ve just deemed themselves irrelevant...since the court will NOW be packed, by libs, forever.

And, DOJ has, as well....with Bill Barr sitting on his fat @ on the Humper investigation....for TWO years.

They don’t want to give the evidence the light of day so they’re blocking it from being heard in a way that makes it be a permanent part of the fabric of the country. Unfortunately there is no more country so I guess it really doesn’t matter

Don't start a MAGA party.

Rather, kick out all the RINOs from the Republican party.

GA, hold your nose and get out to vote to save the Senate.

Recall governors and Secretaries of State, starting with Kemp, Rat-boy, and Ducey.

Primary every RINO in the states in 2022 who did not stand up for Trump.

soap box fail. ballot box fail, supreme court fail. for those who prefer a hot civil war to a cold one, my crystal ball shows a great opportunity in the near future.

pubs have to know that elections are mere shows now....how do any of them expect to get elected?...of course, since we have one party in reality, I guess they have to suck up to whomever is passing out the cash....

truly, unless Trump can invoke the Insurrection act, we're done....just done....

our threads will become how we can screw the govt without getting caught ,etc....

Not true at all. Blue collar Trump votes were up. THAT is why they had to cheat so obviously. Those votes were unexpected.

Does Trump have standing?”

It seems patently obvious that Trump has standing, as his claim is that the illegalities in those four states caused his defeat.

It’s time to vote another way.

They told us the talk show hosts and politicians that if we supported all these people to be on the Supreme Court that:

“We would win”

Looks like we lost.

They’ll do that in any case. That’s the point. There is no one to stop them. No controlling legal authority.

Break my first amendment rights shoe into the left’s ass. That’s the enemy. The ONLY hope the dems have (if Biden is inaugurated) is that he lasts. If he resigns or gets ousted, the country will never accept Harris. There is literally NO ONE the dems have that is electable nationally.

Plus, think about how much run the new and improved tea party will be in the coming months. 2022 will be a dem bloodbath of 2010 proportion. Bank it.

It’s not over. Alito says the Texas route is not the way to solve this because of standing. (Good arguments can be made this is incorrect, but whatever, the SC says otherwise)

It’s back to the PA et. al. supremes to deny and then approach the Supreme Court WITH standing.

That approach won’t be denied and will win.

They’re not even opining on whether PA govs and judges changed the rules in appropriately. It’s clear they did per federal law.

Do it now.

One thing for certain I will not be voting again, it’s just not worth it!

Couldn’t agree more. Of course, the way they plan to restructure the very core of the Republic itself, there is zero chance of another Republican ever winning again or a SCOTUS handing down a conservative decision. So the voting franchise for conservatives is meaningless from here forward.

I haven’t read the ruling, but courts do tend to telegraph. Usually, the telegraph has no practical effect, it’s the excuse why the court did what it did.

SCOTUS telegraph is the root cause of the FISA law. Keith case.

Some other POTUS election cases pending before SCOTUS, but looking to failed institutions for justice is, as you likely feel, a crap shoot.

Think on that for a bit. Looking to your government to do the right thing is a crap shoot.

Well, it always has been, and if you want freedom, you have to take it, and if need be fight for it. Modern government has been your opponent if you want freedom, and your friend if you want a nanny.

Universal suffrage rears its power, and freedom-minded people are in the minority. Quelle surprise.

Sadly our choices are down to martial law or civil war.

I agree. It is time to move. My wife and are not able to resist. We must leave or die. There is no other choice.

The only remaining hope is that state legislatures stop the corruption in 2022. I have not much hope that will happen.
