It’s not over. Alito says the Texas route is not the way to solve this because of standing. (Good arguments can be made this is incorrect, but whatever, the SC says otherwise)

It’s back to the PA et. al. supremes to deny and then approach the Supreme Court WITH standing.

That approach won’t be denied and will win.

They’re not even opining on whether PA govs and judges changed the rules in appropriately. It’s clear they did per federal law.

Well, I guess PA is the only battleground state where Trump (in the form of Rudy’s team) hasn’t filed a suit yet. The PA congressman who filed one was shot down by SCOTUS in a one sentence dismissal written by Alito. But maybe it’s conceivable there’s a path there if Trump uses the right reasoning. I’m not seeing anyone else mentioning this as a possibility though.
