I think that strategy was to make it less political (that is, the outcome didn’t have to be a Trump victory, but simply a reexamination of the voting procedures in those states and a revision of the totals to reflect that.
I guess Trump could appeal on his own, but I think they would be even less likely to take it on. It’s certainly possible that I’m wrong, and maybe that would work.
I hope the GOP and Trump still try to pursue this through the courts, but it was a pretty devastating loss, considering the number of states involved.
You may have a point on Trump not delivering some of his agenda in a far election but this was not that. This election was stolen. The Dems made up 800k votes or whatever in PA. They could have pulled another 1 million out of their nether regions if needed. The Dems knew they had the green light from the GOP to steal and they did. That fact far supersedes any other issue.
What about the march tomorrow ... all hell could break loose with that many people.

There it is. Ballot drop boxes so full they can't accept more ballots. Democrat poll watchers instructed they cannot work more than the 6-6 or they will not get paid.
Here's an easy one: No one may serve as a poll "instructor", "counter", "official", "judge" if they own a single penny in back taxes to the state or the Feds.

Well the SCOTUS is also deep state. They are doing well in government jobs. So they do not want street riots and burning down of SCOTUS building. They know Trump followers will not burn down DC. So the justices took the safe route.

My money was always on this weekend for Trump to... do something. Weekends are always best for doing something... unexpected. All legal routes exhausted, the EC meets on Monday, I can’t imagine the benefits to waiting any longer.
