Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

That dog won’t hunt. If he concedes, and lets this corrupt outcome stand, and lets the doctored Dominion type machines continue on their corrupt way; it’s OVER. No Republican will ever win another election. In fact, AOC and other Leftist Extremists are making lists of Trump supporters and Republicans of all stripes, vowing to persecute them into oblivion. 2024? Hogwash. It’s now or never! Trump still holds winning cards. It’s up to him when to use them.

Then you weren’t paying attention. She seeks praise. She will not be a Scalia, Thomas, Alito or even Gorsuch

"A major political party POTUS candidate should be seen as having standing"

Trump may have to wait until after the electors are selected or even after Biden becomes president in order to have standing.

My understanding is that standing only happens after someone is harmed. Trump hasn't yet been harmed because Biden is not yet president.

I remember what happened in New York when Bloomberg passed that law preventing stores from selling large soft drinks. The stores tried to bring the case early because they didn't want to buy a bunch of different sized cups and throw away the large ones in preparation for the law to change, if there was a chance they could win.

But the court said they had to wait until they could show a financial hit.

You're welcome.

Thank you. A voice reason in a bunch of whiners. Don’t ever, ever quit.

Trump anticipated this. He has a plan. Believe me. Have faith.

they have nothing to lose.

How do you determine we truly reach the stage we have nothing to lose? There is no definite criteria. There will be always people who argue that we still have something to lose so let's wait.

On top of that, there is always moral argument that we have morals and should not stoop down to their level. We have to restrain ourselves because full-blown clash will bring all of us down.

All of these arguments are well-intentioned but I can not help but say that they are all recipes for disaster.

I think I have it right enough from my side understand your anger at this time.

I voted twice for President Trump. He’s my president not my God.

Trump is as human as I am a sinner too.

It won’t be that simple.

On the contrary, it's very simple, it just isn't convenient or comfortable.

They won’t let you adjust your withholding...

What withholding? Find a job that doesn't withhold. In the Revolutionary era, the people who remained loyal to the King chose comfort and convenience over liberty. We may all have to make the choice. The employment pays for the house that is mortgaged, and the car perhaps. They might have to be sacrificed. Under $12k a year earned income, you need not pay federal income tax. In some states there's no state tax. All that's really needed here are sufficient numbers of people willing to make sacrifices like it's 1776; sufficient to get the attention of the leeches and looters in DC. They'd be soiling their drawers if a substantial percentage of Trump voters suddenly showed them empty pockets.

I only voted for Trump once, but now I wished I’d voted for him like a million times like they do in Detroit for their candidate of choice.

No originalist would vote to hear any of these cases.

There are no Federal constitutional issues involved in these cases.

Jim,

How can you say such a statement when a State versus a State is specifically cited in the Constitution as being in the Original Jurisdiction of the SC.? Hearing the case the court may dismiss it but refusing to hear it is infantile and failure in its role.

Trump got ripped off by 6 ‘Rat counties and their controllers using great forward planning and active management on election night.

The US Legal System has been working overtime to make sure that according to them BiXiden stole a fraudlent election fair and square.
