Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

The government is nothing without our taxes. If one person doesn’t pay, they incarceratecthem or put them in jail. If over seventy million did, what would they do?

So what are any remaining legal cases pending?
POTUS has at least four active election contests that have been filed sort of under the radar:

-There is one in Wisconsin (10 EV), which the Wisconsin supreme court is set to hear tomorrow.

-There is one in Georgia (16 EV), which has a better chance of success than Sidney P or Lin Wood’s suits, precisely because POTUS is a party to this suit, suing in his personal capacity.

-There is one in Nevada (6 EV), which the NV supreme court rejected, making it now prime for appeal to the SCOTUS.

-There is another one in Arizona (11 EV), which the AZ supreme court rejected, and which AZ GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward said they were appealing to SCOTUS.
...
What about the one Lin Wood just submitted and the SCOTUS took it?

"How about voting in the dem primaries."

I registered as Dem a while ago so I could vote for Sanders instead of Clinton.

I'm still Dem and think I will stay that way. Maybe my vote will actually get counted in my Dem controlled district.

I am not much of a student of history, but I have the impression that populist movements are more successful when they stay within the law.

SCOTUS is saying that the constitution declares the states are going to run their elections. And because the states have run the process through their courts, and election processes—and deemed them to be proper—then other states and the Supreme Court are not “harmed” by them.

Unless everyone here wants to change the electoral college....

I didn’t think so.

Of course Republicans will win again. It’s controlled. Someone who supports the people like Trump is unlikely to ever win again. Folks, the time is now to decide how far you’re willing to go to defend freedom. Not sure people have the stomach for what is necessary. Will President Trump call a well armed militia to arms? I don’t think that is Trump’s style.

Historical decision just now. Here’s a hypo. Imagine in 26 states that a presidential candidate A gets 100 percent of the legal votes, but all 26 of those states say you know what, we don’t care, we are saying that candidate B really won. Under this decision, it is clear that those 24 states can’t do anything about it.

What’s even more historical is that this decision could be one of the last decisions we see from a Supreme Court with only 9 justices.

Trump got beat by Biden fair and square

That is contradicted by strong statistical evidence. But if you want to believe it, that is ok.

But how when they’re used to taking them out of your payroll?

Voters in those states now need to exercise the 2nd amendment against the cheats and oppresors.

And of course the better known suits by Wood and Powell are still alive.

Time for executive action and a House vote by state delegation as per the Constitution

How will there be a House vote?

It looks like to me that GA, PA, MI, WI and AZ will send Biden electors, so there won't be a constitutional need for a House vote.

A case could be made that the Democratic Party killed JFK by using voter fraud to get him elected over Nixon.

Voter fraud has been working its black magic in the US for quite some time now.

The Democrats would build enough jails for 70 million people.

Just google it. Some states have a state militia, some have a state guard. A few have both. Most of them have their own website, with contact info.

More than a month.

And that marks the beginning, not the end.
