A moot question as no where near 70 million will refuse to pay taxes. Maybe a few hundred but that’s about it. Besides, most of us who work have income tax deducted from our paychecks before we get the check.
Exactly - they would nor could not do much of anything to that many people! THEY WOULD STOP TO FUNCTION! They have already mostly quit enforcing most laws....
