The Left knows it must send a message to anyone who might dare to buck their corrupted people and rotted institution as Trump has done.
Trump is a smart guy who loves his family. He knows damn well that if he loses this fight he will be vaporized by the Left. That's why I think that he will consider declaring Martial Law as a last resort if all other efforts fail. Just on a personal level he really doesn't have a choice not to.
We'd all do what we had to do to protect ourselves and our families in such a situation. I'll bet that Trump's no different in that regard.
IMHO, If any of the allegations are true about “foreign interference” (Is Dominion foreign owned ?) in this elections then Trump has all the tools necessary to dismantle the Deep State Clown Car with E.O. 13845

Absolutely...The Rinos have a death grip on the GOP. Conservatives have some soul searching and heavy lifting to do in the system if they can, or out of it they can’t.

Pence may not be willing to do this. Even if he would, it doesn’t stop the left from doing everything it can to destroy his business going forward. A pardon for his presidential term won’t prevent state prosecutions or the IRS and DOJ hounding him and his businesses going forward. It also won’t prevent a campaign to deprive his companies of customers.

50 State Legislatures exercise their sovereign power to appoint Electors, who then choose the President and Vice President. This is a reserved, plenary power. It is the outcome of a deliberative process by very wise men who decided to EXCLUDE the three branches of the Federal government from the process.
The process by which these sovereign Legislatures appoint their officials IS NOT A FEDERAL MATTER.
Not to mention, the GA vote would be for 2 more “gang of 8” type “Republicans.”
We also know that WHEN the Dims cheat in the GA election, no court will acknowledge it, and the Dims will succeed in their fraud.

I would add lamp manufacturers that use “natural” materials for lampshades. I don’t mean to be facetious about the Holocaust here, but there is evil in the world and Americans’ notion that “it can’t happen here,” is naive and foolish.
It has happened here. Read about the American Progressives of the early 20th century who were into eugenics, the arresting and jailing of their opponents, the Palmer raids, and other evil acts. The Nazis actually used many of their ideas and tactics. We’ve seen this before. What we’re seeing today is just a modern manifestation of the same horrors that were prevalent under another group of fascist Democrats and their leader Woodrow Wilson.

Unfortunately, I think you are right. The NY AG and the Southern Dictrict of NY are going to indict, arrest, try and convict Trump and maybe some members of his family. Both have said they intend to try Trump for crimes as soon as he is out of office. Don't worry about what crimes; they will make up whatever is necessary from their investigations.

I don’t think so. Unless a bunch of Republicans actually boycott the vote, which I doubt, runoff and hold the Senate, we are going to win at least one of the runoffs and hold the Senate.
By the way, this was not the only case pending in the Supreme Court. I’m not saying the other cases are going to be successful, but they are a bit more likely than this one because they at least have plaintiffs with a better claim on standing than Texas.
Maybe more, maybe sooner.
