[history]
Fox news:
155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

Speaking of cheating...it took Florida all of 20 years to clean up the rampant election corruption in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. But we got it done. I am surely glad to be living in Florida tonight.

What about the equal protection clause?
Does that now mean nothing?

I can’t see Trump wanting to campaign again in 2024. But, we will see.

I knew John Roberts would find a way to deny justice for America. It looks like he was able to kill the efforts of 23 states by saying Texas doesn't have standing.

If Trump has been holding some cards waiting for this to play out he had better play them now.Like many here, I've been rock solid convinced there was massive fraud but also grew tired of the "4-D chess" hyperbole.
You are stone cold RIGHT. If there is some alleged "4-D chess", "we caught them! and got it ALL!" stuff going on, it had better damn well be played NOW.
That said, I stand by my earlier assertion that it was all flaming bullshit from day one. There was NEVER "4-D chess", "we caught them and got it ALL!" or (God help me) "Kraken" going to come into play.
If our side ever wants to win again, we better start operating in the real world and quit thinking our side has some kind of secret super genius going on. We don't. And it's clear from recent events that we don't.

Yes.
A fraudulent Presidential election effectively nullifies the Constitution and the Union.

> Isn’t protection of one state from the suits of another part of what Federalism is all about???Not necessarily, the purpose of the Supreme Court under Article III is explicitly "to resolve controversies between the States".
They very well may not have found in favor of Texas and the other States, but by definition we have standing to be heard.

Good grief. Put on your big boy pants - get ready to fight in 2022. They said it was the end in 2008...and it wasn’t. And it isn’t NOW.
LOL. And what happened after 2008? The GOP colluded with Democrats to destroy the Tea Party. Past is prologue my FRiend.

Rather, kick out all the RINOs from the Republican party. For cripes sake, how do you do that with totally rigged elections?
