Damn him! The true outpost of freedom in the USA not supporting Texas is outrageous. He sure has applied some tortured logic to conclude this somehow "protects Idaho's sovereignty." How does letting five rogue states who violated scores or hundreds of election laws to steal the election protect Idaho's sovereignty? How does getting the China-owned Biden into the Presidency protect Idaho's sovereignty? How does getting the communist Harris soon into the big chair protect Idaho's sovereignty?

And Governor Little is a worthless squish as well.

This is appalling.

I know people who’ve moved to Idaho thinking it’s a refuge from the insanity. Now I’m wondering what’s in store for ID.

He manages to completely miss the point of the suit. It is that the legislatures of those states had prescribed how the elections should work and Constitutionally un-authorized entities took it upon themselves to change the rules. If he wants to protect the power of Idaho’s legislature to manage elections in Idaho then he should join the suit. Idiot? Corrupt? Corrupt idiot?

Sounds like the Idaho Attorney General and the Georgia Attorney General are dues paying members of the RINO/ANTI-TRUMP wing of the Republican Party.

Idaho voters—Never Forget when the AG comes up for election again.

other states litigating against legal decisions made by Idaho’s legislature and governor.

Thats the point: the decisions re: the election in the rogue states were not legal.

OTH, and I hate to say this but am going to toss it out for consideration: Governors emergency powers have been upheld everywhere....so much so that they are not even seriously challenged. Those powers were granted by the legislatures. Could their argument be that these changes were made because of the PANDEMIC pursuant to the exercise of emergency powers already given?

Please tell me that won’t wash....

Maybe New Idaho will file an amicus brief in the way that New California and New Nevada did?

Idaho isn’t what people think it is, it’s being Californicated.

The Idaho judicial branch is infected with those controlled by large bank establishments.

Although the citizenry is largely conservative, the power players at the top lay low in the background and enrich themselves.

This low level enrichment has been playing out in many states we wouldn’t expect.

That’s how corruption works, like a disease it spreads. It’s just quieter in conservative states.

............Mr. Wasden’s logic (cough) reminds of that old saying about “he’s stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime”..................

I note that in a recent primary he won by just over 1%. This move on his part should sink his ship.

The Idaho AG will find out that under a completely Democrat controlled government no state will have sovereignty. The Democrats will quickly move to usurp any states’ authority that does not conform with their agenda. Naive at best.

against legal decisions made by Idaho's legislature and governor.
So... "illegal" decisions ought to be reviewed... and if those "decisions" are illegal, what what the hell you 'supposed to do, ya mohron?

And if someday the ID administration and/or judiciary took action contrary to the Idaho constitution what would the AG do???? - such as change the constitutionally correct voting law.

Agreed but Idaho is not necessarily what everyone thinks. The state is red but it is far more libertarian than conservative, IMHO.

As Attorney General, I have significant concerns about supporting a legal argument that could result in other states litigating against legal decisions made by Idaho's legislature and governor.

He seems to have it backwards. Idaho, or any other state, need not worry about other states litigating against it if Idaho follows the U.S. Constitution, which says the state's legislatures, not the governor and not the state courts, decide how to choose its Electors. The problem came about when Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin used extra-legislative law to choose its Electors.

Unfortunately, I suspect that if the four state legislatures are forced to choose their Electors directly that they'll be so full of RINOs that they'll choose the same Electors that the fraudulent voter counts chose.
