Texas v. Pennsylvania et. al. in Twenty Minutes

This is a full outline of the Texas Complaint in Twenty Minutes on YouTube . . .

Elections are at the heart of our constitutional democracy. A dark cloud hangs over the 2020 presidential election. Using the Covid-19 pandemic as a justification, government officials usurp their legislature’s authority and unconstitutionally revise their state’s election statutes.

These same government officials flooded the defendant states with millions of ballots to be sent through the mails or placed in drop boxes with little or no chain of custody, and at the same time weakened the strongest security measures protecting the integrity of the vote, signature verification and witness requirements.

Depending on how things go, we are going to have to make some decisions soon.

Nothing about weighted algorithms in favor of Biden in the ballot counting machines?

They case is based strictly on the fact that they broke their own election laws.

There are hundreds of thousands of illegal votes, and we know exactly when they showed up.

Can’t get any simpler than that.

Not relevant to their central argument of a Constitutional issue between states which makes SCOTUS the only venue for resolution. The algorithm is an issue that has to be adjudicated through state courts before heading into the federal court.

A poster over at TheDonald.Win said:

"I love how she [SCOTUS Justice ACB] made the point several times during her hearing process that “Judges are not Policymakers”. Thats a lot of what the Texas lawsuit is arguing. Judges in all those states cannot just rule to change the voting laws. If they didn’t know, they’ll be finding out very soon."

I think we're gonna win.

Right, much cleaner lawsuit in that it’s straightforward issues that have been dealt with for more than a century. They tried to steal the election in 1864 from Lincoln using absentee ballots, so longstanding issues. They cite that case in the complaint.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is a farce. They did everything they could to hand the election to Biden.

I have detected literally overnight something like a chemical reaction in the spirit of the nation. We are no longer bound by the constitution to each other. The Rubicon has been crossed. The critical mass has been reached and in an instant the country was polarized. It is the time when our differences finally outweigh our our affinities. On this sad day we have finally realized that we no longer look at the same sun. We look at the sun and see a life giving star. They look at the sun and see a deadly ball of fire. That which we see as ‘common sense’ to their view is lunacy. And their lunacy to them seems like ‘common sense’.

There is plenty of evidence if you look for it. The hypocrisy’s of the media and the elite. The casual corruption of a poll worker dragging a suitcase full of votes from under the table in full view of a security camera. Then bragging about it on a video. The demise of fox news having been finally purchased by the democrats. The antifa mobs taking over parts of a major american city and driving back the police without fear of the law whatsoever. The unequal application of the law in every of these circumstances. In the direction of the ‘progressive’ everything is legal and acceptable up to and including the Lolita Express. From the conservative perspective any infraction into those activities would represent instant ruination.

Regardless the outcome of this election the time has come to go underground with this and start undermining the fascism and totalitarianism of the left. Time to go Darkweb here folks.

That will be covered under criminal statutes. A lot coming down the pike, and it won’t be pretty for the cheaters. For one thing, they forever blew their cover. Federal elections will, going forward, be conduncted tighter than two coats of paint.

Thanks for that fine meme and singing out the quote you found on The Donald. As a layman American citizen, I agree.

Very cool, 4Liberty! DOUBLE PING!

A simple way of understanding the Supreme Court’s dilemma in the Texas case. Sound, sober reasoning — and humor at the same time.
