Everyone needs to drop big tech like we did. Build your network on your own platform. Play by your own rules. Populist Press will never be controlled by Big Tech.
After hit piece yesterday, YouTube used that as an excuse to target free speech yet again.
Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) has covered almost every single Trump appearance, interview or rally since it was first rally since it was first launched in July 2015, and has been endorsed by the President-elect himself.
While there was speculation that Mr Trump would launch an official Trump TV if he lost the election, the Washington Post said RSBN was operating as “the unofficial version of Trump TV” after the billionaire’s campaign teamed up with the network to stream its programmes on Mr Trump’s Facebook page.
But with a YouTube channel of 246,000 subscribers – MSNBC only has 233,000 – RSBN became a credible resource for Trump supporters, journalists and reportedly even members of the Clinton campaign who wanted convenient access to Mr Trump’s rally speeches in full.
This week, RSBN frontman and former reporter Adam Taxin gave a “special announcement” in which he declared the network would be running a full 24-hour operation “before the end of 2016”.
There is no way to get a list of unviewed new rumbles (videos) from the channels I subscribe to.
Trying to squelch free speech. Censoring has started.

That’s the old mantra here isn’t it....lol
Well done
Anyone seeing the irony of boycotting watching Fox and then watching clips of it on a worse platform, Youtube?
+1.
just in time for Saturday’s massive Trump rally in DC.
Yea while it wouldn’t surprise me. I don’t think this is true. We have enough going on without added confusion
what would you prefer, state-run media?
The point is, who is going to decide what is allowed? As soon as you say “no censorship” someone will be running the nazi channel or barbequing puppies. So who is to decide?
As for private companies creating “public communications infrastructure” would you have Free Republic included in that definition? Or is censorship OK in some cases and not in others?
Again: who decides?
Free Republic resembles Google/Youtube in the manner that a lightning bug resembles lightning, and it is dishonest to even float such a comparison.
Secondly, I don't give a sh*t if "Nazis" are posting stuff on a video posting website. I am far more frightened of Real Nazis controlling public content, which is what we are getting now.
Yeah, Rumble still has GUI problems but it’s just early release issues, if they’re responsive that should all get improved quickly. Just copy as much of YouTube’s interface, what the hell, Gates has been doing it for 40 years. Design patents are really hard to enforce...
As MaxAmericana points out it’s easy to monetize your videos and that will attract a LOT of people who will quickly upload content they already spread out on Youtube/Vimeo/Whatever.
So I think that of Parler/Rumble/UGetube/Bonginoreport and other right wing alternative sites, Rumble is looking to be the best. Hope they start raking in the billions because that will bring them the best developers and lots of posters.
“The suppression of uncomfortable ideas may be common in religion or in politics, but it is not the path to knowledge, and there’s no place for it in the endeavor of science.”
-Carl Sagan
(How ironic how many times the left has tossed his quote out the window when it suits their needs)
“Everyone needs to drop big tech”
Youtube = Screwyoutube
Facebook = Fakebook
Google = Gulag
Twitter = Twaddle
Instagram = Insanegram
etc etc etc
The right is being purged from the internet in an ongoing operation to condition people into believing ‘the right’ and ‘right-think’ is equivalent to the plague and must be eradicated from society.
The Purge is currently kind of localized with individual websites asserting this power. Albeit these handful of websites have dominion over %90 of internet content. I believe that the restrictions to right-think will eventually land at the ISP level, where having alternative websites won’t matter when Verizon and Comcast decide they don’t want right wingers to use their communication services.
We will be reduced to printing underground newsletters on antique hand cranked presses, delivered in secret at night.
Only problem is rumble doesn’t do Live/Streaming so it would be useless for RSBN. Bitchute was thinking about doing it and started fund raising for it but never even made it to 2% of their goal. Vimeo does live stream but I think they lean left.
"Our Community Guidelines prohibit ... manipulated media, coordinated influence operations ... Since September, we've terminated over 8000 channels and thousands of ... elections-related videos ... We also disallow content alleging widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of a historical U.S. Presidential election ... we will start removing any piece of content ... that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election ... we will remove videos claiming that a Presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. We will begin enforcing this policy today, and will ramp up in the weeks to come."
In response, YouTube/Google/Alphabet will likely claim: Censoring only Republicans? We don't censor Republicans!
"prohibit ... terminated ... disallow ... removing ... remove ... ramp up in the weeks to come..."
Are you starting to get it?
Alphabet/Google/YouTube = Totalitarianism
Samizdat!
No, we should use government's power to make sure no entrepreneur gets too successful and if they do we should seize their property. /s
Their CHI-COM owners..... that’s who. Can’t allow the truth of chi-com intervention in US elections to be further broadcast. This is waaaay beyond, with what technical information is coming out from our Cyber Command.

Why wait?
