IMPORTANT POINT REPORTERS ARE MISSING IN PA SUIT:

The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.

@MikeKellyPA
’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

They will only be going after the 6-8 states that are very suspect.

Other states will get the message...

I suspect that Dominion machines are never going to be used again.

I suspect that Dominion machines are never going to be used again.

Didn't they say that about Diebold machines in 2004?

There will be alot of destruction-—no matter what.

The difference is that OUR side can rebuild anything-—WE built it in the first place.

That’s not what happened, SCOTUS only denied emergency injunctive relief, it did not reject the challenge to certification.

None of the justices wanted to deal with this drivel.

You make an interesting point and yes, I think Roberts is betting that the Right are wimps and will just roll over.

What worries me is I fear the Right has infact become wimps. The right endlessly bellows about how we have all the guns yet it was the left who took guns into the streets this summer and actually used them. The Right largely sat on their butts screaming for the police to do their job which they purposely did not do because their bosses are largely leftist mayors.

One thing I am absolutely certain of is we will never right this nation by voting. Those days are long gone.

That’s because at the present time there is no application pending for a writ of certiorari

The same application for injuction is also the application for cert.

Read the application.

So far, just the injuction has been denied.

“this Supreme Court will not overturn a national election “

No one is asking them to. We are asking them to confirm the true election and not disenfranchise millions of honest votes!! Whose side are you on?

This Supreme Court will not overturn a national election.

How about the 2000 election?

Thanx, got it.

I wonder, is the SCOTUS withholding a hearing to gather all the challenges under one remedy? The gist of the challenges is equal protection viol;ation, with a massive ballot fraud of ballots from 'mail in' voting being counted FOLLOWING a stop order from 'someone' to specific cities where the massive switcheroos happened after observers were eliminated from witnessing the counting.

Could it be that the Court is gathering the challenges up to issue the simple remedy of disqualifying ALL ballots counted AFTER 'someone' issued the stop counting order to the specific and only the specific cities and Maricopa County where massive one-sided counting was evidenced by the percentage changes?

Dubya was the winner. At no point did Gore ever lurch ahead in Florida.

All the SCOTUS did was prevent a targeted mining expedition in a less-than-handful of Democrat counties.

Plus, there was a clear-cut remedy. End the counting, declare the winner.

Whereas now, even if they rule in favor of fraud, what do they do next? More importantly, are they prepared to face the consequences if the offending states ignore their ruling?

TDS makes that scenario not only possible but likely.

Appears that the seditious bastards in Georgia (Kemp, Raffie, etc) are going to use them in January for the fraudulent run off. I say fraudulent because without the after stoppage ballot cumps and the dominion weighted counting there would not be a reason for a run off, Loeffler and Perdue won if the vote counts are not weighted by the ‘algorithm’. John James in Michigan won too, before the ballot dumps without licit observers began.

They won’t have to pack it with 13 judges. If they do win and take the White House, they’ll control everything. They’ll impeach Barrett, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, at least. By then Thomas will retire and that leaves Alito. He wouldn’t last long. And, even if he did stick it out, it’d be an 8-1 court and just a matter of time before it’s 9-0. And that’s the way it will be forever, unless the people do something about it.

Dubya was the winner. At no point did Gore ever lurch ahead in Florida.

At the point SCOTUS intervened in 2000, GWB was ahead by a tiny margin, but if they had not intervened, it looked like Gore, with the help of the FL court, was going to steal the election.

Whereas now, even if they rule in favor of fraud, what do they do next? More importantly, are they prepared to face the consequences if the offending states ignore their ruling?

It is definitely more difficult to stop the steal now than in 2000. But I didn't think Trump would win in 2016 and I was wrong.
