“Of course they won’t overturn it, they will simply recognize who the victor is.”

Of course, they have to honor the will of the voters, don’t you know.

The PA case was about the state Constitution being violated by the Legislature, while the TX case is about the Legislatures being violated by the Executive branches. At least that is my understanding in a nutshell.

"it appears to this legal layman that what the justices/judges are attempting is to use the law, in this matter, to ignore the unbelievable amount of direct evidence of fraud, unequal treatment and illegal actions of the criminals."

Well, not in this case since they only denied a preliminary injunction: ie: an injunction issued before the evidence is examined and tested in court.
(Seemed a lot to ask at this point.)
Apparently the case is still proceeding.

But many of the "standing" and "laches" based rulings in these election cases have been done for just the reason you said- to hide the evidence.
That evidence needs to be put to the test if America's votes are to be true.

What do you think happens when they add 5 or more Justices on the Court?

Yes, they will. Although their credibility is pretty much shot already.

I think the liberal SCOTUS members are too arrogant to not allow certification; whereas, conservative SCOTUS members want the laws violated against Penn’s constitution. Or, they are all blackmailed and we’re doomed...I think the former.

Roberts will not allow the court to get involved in this.

Roberts doesn't have that kind of power. When it comes to cases that the court takes or a decision the court makes Roberts is one vote out of nine. If four justices vote to hear a case then it goes to the whole court, Roberts or no Roberts.

They were warned. If they certify, they will be responsible to knowingly certifying fraud.

“The PA case was about the state Constitution being violated by the Legislature”

And Trump’s lawyers, and the Texas suit, says the U.S. Constitution was violated when the state constitution was violated.

I hope EVERYONE reads your post. The knee-jerk hysteria is nuts. It was agreed to by UNANIMOUS decision. SCOTUS is looking at their options I expect.

They also have Texas on the docket- they’ve received it and are looking at it.

We’ll see.

I've been thinking for the past few years that maybe we need to learn to cheat and lie like Democrats, only better. Now I'm sure of it.

The Texas one seems more relevant, though still unlikely to change the outcome.

I believe that a big part of the Texas complaint against Pennsylvania are the issues in this case. If Alito refused to stay the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision or refer it to the entire court to decide to hear the case then that doesn't bode well for the Texas case, does it?

“Like Rome we destroyed our own republic.”

I had a few classes in college on Imperial Rome, and I think what finished off the empire was that Rome by the 5th century A.D. had created a huge and largely incompetent — and self-serving — bureaucracy, and the people got lazy, leaving them fair game for the Vandals and Huns. I know that’s a broad-brush analysis, but I think that was the straw that broke the back of the proverbial camel.

I really hope they are not going to make us sort this out ourselves. It’s going to get reallllll ugly if we don’t get a hearing.

Yeah, I figured. The Supreme Court doesn’t want to be seen as political by getting involved in this.
