TRUMP: ‘The Case Has Already Been Made’, And There Are ‘Big Things Happening In The Next Couple Days'

President Donald Trump told a Fox News reporter that he believes “the case” for election fraud “has been made” before the American people, and now it will be a process of prosecuting this case, apparently in state legislatures, courtrooms, and potentially before the Supreme Court of the United States.

The Fox News reporter asked the president, “Are you looking to try to change the outcome of the election, or try to make a case to the American people that it wasn’t a fair election?”

“Well I think case has already been made, if you look at the polls,” said the President, interjecting. “It was a rigged election, if you look at the different states, the election was totally rigged.”

The President added, “It’s a disgrace to our country, it’s like a third world country, these ballots pouring in from everywhere using machinery that nobody knows, ownership nobody knows anything about.”

“They have glitches, as they call them, glitches, the glitches weren’t glitches. They got caught sending out thousands of votes, all against me by the way.” President Trump added, “This was like from a third world nation, and I think the case has been made, and now we find out what we can do about it. But you’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days.”
It is unclear which developments President Trump may be forecasting. A Pennsylvania case may soon be before the Supreme Court, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has already agreed to represent the side alleging widespread voter fraud. Additionally, state legislators in Georgia are circulating a petition that would allow them to call a special session of the Georgia legislature without the governor’s permission. On the other side of the country, in Arizona, two lawsuits put forward by the Arizona Republican Party are rapidly moving through the court system, and GOP Chair Kelli Ward has called for legislators to open an immediate legislative hearing into voter fraud that would give them subpoena power.

Was there some coordination? Yes. Was there a single command-and-control? I suspect not: it was every cheater for themselves

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on November 3, 2020, Fulton County Election Officials, who were handling and scanning thousands of ballots at the State Farm Arena, instructed Republican poll watchers and the press that they were finished working for the day and that the Republican poll watchers and the press were to leave. The Fulton County Elections Officials further stated that they would restart their work at approximately 8:00 a.m. on November 4, 2020.

After Fulton County Elections Officials lied and defrauded the Republican poll watchers and members of the press, whereby in reasonable reliance the Republican poll watchers and members of the press left the State Farm Arena (where they had been observing the ballots being processed), without public transparency Fulton County Elections Officials continued to process, handle, and transfer many thousands of ballots. Fulton County Elections Officials’ fraudulent statements not only defrauded the Republican poll watchers and the press, but also deprived every single Fulton County voter, Page 44 of 64 Georgian, American, and Petitioners of the opportunity for a transparent election process and have thereby placed the Election Contest in doubt.

So what if all dominion systems and related brands are ruled corrupt and fraudulent. Every state in democrat precincts and may lose their votes, moving States into the Trump column

I doubt that SCOTUS would vacate votes on a precinct basis, (but what do I know?). I think what would be fair would be for SCOTUS to acknowledge that widespread fraud occurred and decertify results where fraud has been shown, then direct the the state's legislatures to choose their Electoral College Electors, per the Constitution.

If it's legal, the state Electors could vote for a 269-269 tie in the Electoral College votes and have the election move to the House of Representatives. That way, SCOTUS didn't choose the winner; the state legislatures didn't choose the winner; no one is "disenfranchised" because everyone has a representative in the House. And BTW, I'm not confident the House would choose Trump (too many RINOs).
