GA Gov. Kemp is calling on Sec. of State Raffensperger to call for a *SIGNATURE AUDIT* of votes.
Kemp appeared on The Ingraham Angle in the wake of damning security cam footage that showed poll workers in Fulton County illegally processing ballots with no observers.

Enraging (not even a strong enough word) the absolute rot, through and through, in every institution, and with so many individuals that have sworn an oath.
If Georgia merely reverts back to the signature checking procedures which Kemp agreed to in his consent decree a signature audit won’t change the outcome much. Georgia’s legislative leaders need to insist instead that Georgia election law rule the audit.
I’m not confident that Georgia has time to perform either audit though. The legislature should proceed with its slate of electors, and have the act ready.

They will do another fake audit instead of doing the right thing.
The number of paper ballots would still match the machine total number of ballots.

The “recount” just proved that the machines switched the votes without any inadvertent errors. ;-)
Let me see if I can explain. But if you can explain to me what I'm missing, I would be glad to hear it.
In Georgia, you made your election selections on a touchscreen. After first validating your selections on the touchscreen, it then came up with a screen which asked you to print the ballot. After printing, which came out for me to my hands, the touchscreen asked the voter to validate their selections and confirm by pressing the touchscreen.
So, a paper ballot is produced which is checked by the voter. All of the voter selections for ballot races and questions are shown in English text on the ballot. The ballot also had a QR code.
Next in the process was "casting" the ballot. For me that was taking my printed ballot to the poll worker that was scanning them through the Dominion voting machine. They took my ballot and scanned it through the system which read the QR code and tabulated and reported the selections electronically. Those were the results we saw on the initial counting of the ballots.
It is important to note that Georgia was required by a judge to change their electronic voting system and use a system that produced an auditable paper ballot that could later be hand recounted to validate the electronic counting system. That is the Dominion system. After the election, Raffensperger ordered the legislated and required "Risk Limiting Audit" of the Dominion computer system using the Presidential race, except that the surprise move and at security experts' recommendations (see Garland Favorito) all of the paper ballots were hand counted by reading the text choices which were validated by each voter.
The hand count of the paper ballots produced results validating the results produced by the electronic system. One set of ballots, two kinds of counting systems, one result. So, there weren't paper ballots that were run multiple times through the electronic system or that would have been exposed. There weren't votes switched in the electronic system or that would have been exposed. There weren't problems with the QR code or that would have been exposed. So for the Presidential race in Georgia, no machine fraud was exposed. This move gave anyone interested in really finding out if there was machine fraud in Georgia our best way to expose it.
How do you suppose the hand count, which is not the "recount" going on this past week which used the machine and which was the third counting of the ballots now in Georgia, would have handled the votes which were switched by machines? The machines were not involved or used in any way in the Risk Limited Audit of 100% of the paper ballots.

But it’s not going to work, Georgia fiddled with election laws without being ratified by the State Legislature. Their results are not going to be allowed by SCOTUS. No way.
