This morning, Trump attorney Jesse R. Binnall joined Maria Bartiromo. During the interview, Binnall told Bartiromo that by 5:00 p.m. today, the Trump legal team will submit specific evidence of voter fraud in Nevada, including evidence that more than 40,000 people voted twice.

I wonder if Barr will consider this sufficient evidence of election fraud. If so, then his next move will be to say we don’t know if there was enough fraud to effect the outcome. After all, do we know how many of those duplicates were for Biden? Enough to make me puke.

Proving the obvious fraud of duplicate votes in high numbers is all he needs to do. That’s the point, there was fraud in a large scale. The outcome is invalidated.
Do not think they do know who those people voted for. Currently this is as much about a fraudulent election as it us about President Trump winning.
I’d say those who voted twice would overwhelmingly be Biden voters....at least the second vote. But if it’s the margin I simply can’t certify.

Two points: First, they might be registered with a party.
But the main point is that if they can show it was a fraudulent election and that the fraud was of sufficient scope to affect the result, regardless whether it actually did, a judge could throw out the result and decide upon a remedy. That could be a do-over in certain precincts, or the whole state, or toss it to the legislature to decide on the electors.
That said, I’m skeptical that they’ll have the evidence, even though I think this election was stolen.
