Who wouda thought?
Seattle’s courts are a like a dry cleaner. In by 9, out by 4. Criminals know there will be no consequences for their actions so the green light is on for full disrespect of the law.
In 2 years they will have them; Seattle will be the only town I have ever heard of that will have NO POLICE!
The good ones will leave pretty quick, and the bad ones will wind up dead.
What happened to the Seattle superhero?
“The citizens of Seattle want more homicides.”

Well, for sure the council members want more homicides.
Unfortunately, they will not be the victims.
Yes, it would be a bit of delicious irony if they were the ones eliminated from the gene pool as a result of their actions.
I wouldn’t shed a single tear.
When the enemy suffers at the hands of their own evil, it’s time to just sit back and let it happen.
Cut it more.
Then maybe some gun laws to curtail the violence.
Shows how dumb these idiots are. We demand Police know how to handle situations without lethal force, have better skills/techno, etc. so let’s reduce training budget.
idiots all.
Thmart!
What makes you think the voters even voted for these people? I have been quite guilty of this assumption myself for years........
I think it has become painfully obvious that politicians have become quite adept and unfearful at stealing/cheating in elections especially in democratic controlled precincts and with all likelihood have been doing so for quite some time.
Great news, Seattle and Philly both want to try to beat out Chicago from the top spot. Competition is a great thing.
I'm confused again. I thought the less police you have, the more crime goes down. Those sneaky Leftists led me astray!
Some Mayor once said that such problems are just part and parcel of living in a big city.
There's not much else one can conclude.
Thats what the mayors of new york city used to say in response to complaints about the ever rising crime rate. And if it werent for them, crime rate would be even higher.
Then rudy Giuliani got elected mayor and slashed the crime rates to its lowest levels in 50 years.
Paging Captain Obvious!
Cleanup on aisle 3!
The Voters of Seattle get the government they deserve.

Yup. That’s why I hate going there, and prefer not to.
Regarding one of the worst calls I ever heard which brought the class to tears, and my staff to tears was a 10-year old girl calling 911 and saying “mr policeman, please come to my mommy’s place, my daddy is hitting her with a bat..”
even I had to pull it together.
