About those 'spike anomalies' in Pennsylvania … A bunch of votes that are dumped into the election results faster than they could have been processed by the voting machines

Paul Kengor's recent article about the presidential election results got me thinking about what it would take to convince a friend of mine — or a Pennsylvania legislator or judge — that there really was something fishy going on in this election.  Kengor's piece focuses on an exchange between Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and Ret. Col. Phil Waldren at last week's Senate Majority Policy Committee hearings in Pennsylvania, in which Giuliani established that if you add up the total number of votes for Biden and Trump in a series of what Waldren described as Biden "spike anomalies," you get around 570,000 votes for Biden and only around 3,200 for Trump.

What Walden means by a "spike anomaly" is a bunch of votes that are dumped into the election results faster than they could have been processed by the voting machines, using the maximum possible speed as provided by the manufacturer of the machines.  My friend, a Trump voter but ever the skeptic, doubted that Waldren's calculations were correct and insisted that in any case, Waldren was wrong to conclude that votes must be fraudulent simply because it looked as if too many of them were processed in too short a period of time.

But this is not what Waldren said. It is true that, in his answer to Giuliani's question, Waldren says a big spike is a "prime indicator of fraudulent voting."  But a few seconds before that (at 1:29:38 in the hearing), Waldren explains that he and his team understand the spikes not as evidence of fraud in and of themselves, but as red flags: "These spike anomalies in this chart really show where for us to look forensically to actually determine what happened with these votes.

All of this must go to the Supreme Court. When? How?

If they fail us, we are lost. America is lost.

Keep in mind these are not real votes being tabulated. They are feeds wither to the NYT from Edison or feeds from NYT to somewhere else. For those results you would need to review the actual vote server in the county being tabulated. Each county has it’s own domain. according to the documentation.

How far are the Edison/NYT feeds from the actual tabulated numbers? Are we to believe that they are so far apart that the spikes aren’t really spikes?

This is the greatest constitutional crisis in US history. It must be resolved by the Supreme Court based on facts and not biased opinions, self-serving arguments, and propaganda. But when? How? What's the hold-up?

The Supreme Court resolved the 2000 Florida Ballot Count Crisis swiftly and decisively. We need that NOW! Where are they? If ever their country needed them IT'S NOW!

Dan Bongino did a great summary on his podcast of this article from "Vote Integrity": Anomalies in Vote Counts and Their Effects on Election 2020

In summary, the analyst(s) who created that paper talk about the various dumps that took place throughout the battleground states (Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia) that showed an astonishing disparity in just four of the major ones:

The fundamental premise is that you can have two things, both of which are (from a statistical perspective) reasonable, explainable, and plausible individually: Huge vote disparities, and huge volumes of votes.

As he puts it, if you go to an apartment building in Manhattan, nobody would bat an eye if you got 99% of the voters in that single apartment building casting a vote for Biden. It is a small population. But as the volume of votes goes up, and a whole precinct of votes comes in, you get large volumes of votes, and the disparities in numbers in a small population shrink as the volume of votes grows. It is an inverse relationship, and like water finding its own level, eventually you won't have disparities of 99% for one candidate and 1% for the other, it is going to begin to approach the national (or wider regional levels) of disparity, which in a battleground state, is going to be closer to 50-50% or 55-45% that kind of thing, and will not appear to be Saddam Hussein like numbers of 99% to 1%.

Great article, but Dan Bongino explains it very well in his audio or video.

“Great article, but Dan Bongino explains it very well in his audio or video.”

I can get upset. I can let my blood pressure go crazy. I can grind my teeth at the injustice of a stolen election. I can vent to those around me which only irritates them, and some look at me like I’m a lunatic.

But what I can’t do is change a single darn thing. The deep state has decided Biden will be installed. The media is thrilled, and the public is too stupid to realize what is happening.

I believe I read recently that a “glitch” in the vote machines prevented a full examination of them. Sounds like a “Go back to zero and start it (method of voting) all over again” situation. I’m very suspicious of mail-in voting, too. Maybe an examination of who, what, where, when and why that began is in order.

Don’t despair. Just watch what is going on. Trump is playing out the game and allowing the constitutional process to play out. He is giving the courts and the state legislatures every opportunity to do the right thing. If they do then fine. If they don’t then he brings the thunder. If you read Sec I of the EO on foreign influence in a national election it will occur to you that it is the perfect segway for the Insurrection act.
