To: Jim Robinson
Beautiful story, Jim. God does stuff like that 'love at first sight'. May the Peace of the Lord settle upon you, brother. You will see Sheila sooner than later and so many Freepers will get the blessing of meeting you and Sheila in the clouds when we join Jesus for the return (for Sheila) trip to The Father's House.
And Thank you Jim for the amazing concept of Freerepublic.com.

I left Fresno (Prather) last Wed., in order to make it home to Phx., in time for Thanksgiving. Had I been in the area, I would have been honored to attend the celebration of Sheila’s life, and be surrounded like some of you in that expression of honor, sorrow and love, by her beloved family and FRiends. My heartfelt condolences to Jim and family.
Thank you for posting the picture down thread of Jim and Sheila at the 2005 FR Ball, in Wash, DC. I was fortunate to be able to attend that awesome event, and even luckier to meet the Robinsons at the end of the night. I asked for one of the entrance posters sitting on an easel, and to my surprise, either Jim, Sheila, or John, said to take the prized item home with me. I kept that thing in my front porch window alongside a Right To Life poster that I obtained during the same time frame, for a number of years until I moved out of state. I converted many a visitor to FR after a somewhat lengthy explanation of the poster’s provenance.
RIP Sheila. Blessings and comfort of infinite abundance to you Jim.

It is wonderful to hear of lifetime love.
It is a rare commodity.
Treasure it.
Few achieve it.

Oh, what a beautiful story of your first encounter with Sheila! I admire her beauty, friendliness, and sparkle, and you, for the way you describe her.
And who wouldn’t like .25 cent beer?!

Keep it all. Write it down. Save it all for future generations. The book of Sheila. The book of Jim.

There are good families.
There are dysfunctional families.
There are bad families.

I attended the services for Sheila on Wednesday.
It was a small service, but beautiful.
It was a day for the Red, White and Blue.
The flowers from Freepers were lovely.
A wonderful tribute to a true Patriot.
I thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers.

May Sheila Rest In Peace, and may merciful God bestow His Grace on Jim and the family, yourself and all who make FreeRepublic tick. Prayers up for you all. May God grant you strength and peace of mind, and ease your sadness with the knowledge that Sheila is now in Heaven and at peace. God Bless you all.
