Good, the General decided to go this route rather to continue to wait for Sulliman to dismiss. It was obvious that Sulivan was intending to drag it out until Jan. to keep Michael Flynn muzzled and sidelined.

Why wait until the eve of his second term when it can be done now? Particularly given that Flynn's attorney is quite busy with one or more cases with major national security implications. Those cases, incidentally are much more important than sparring with an egocentric, politically motivated federal judge.
