Back in 2014, I worked freelance for a public relations firm in New York City. It was there that I met an unusual woman. I didn’t know many lawyers or Texans, but I knew better than to chalk up her qualities to either her profession or her home. It’s rare that I encounter someone who I’m afraid to argue with, because of her sheer brain power and towering personal rectitude. But this was such a person. This woman had quite a career behind her. An evangelical Christian, she’d been a federal prosecutor — and quit, outraged at the corruption she saw among her colleagues. She did more than quit. Horrified by prosecutors hiding exculpatory evidence and targeting the innocent because of their personal politics, she became a defense attorney, to help people fight the feds. She Gave Up Everything to Expose Abusive Prosecutors But that wasn’t enough. At a huge financial sacrifice, she took time off from her practice to write a book. And self-publish it. And hire a public relations firm to get it out to people, when media ignored it. That book, Licensed to Lie, is absolutely chilling. It shows innocent Americans, even a U.S. Senator such as Ted Stevens of Alaska, unable to defend themselves against prosecutors with vendettas. It recounts how innocent companies, like accounting firm Arthur Anderson, can be broken by biased and dishonest federal prosecutors, and left in ruins. A real-life legal horror story, the book was too disturbing for me to read it through to the end.

bttt
And the false narrative is?
Licensed to Lie is unreal. My 93 year old father just read it and blew his mind.
Only she knows in what context she actually meant for it to be used.
We're are dealing with some of the worst rot of humanity in our time, just a matter of time before things reach a tipping point.
Good vs. Evil.
btw, on the flip side of it..there is probably some weirdness to due L Lin Wood and Powell...given Barnes was involved with Covington issue
But you can’t deny Barnes has better credentials when it comes to election law and arguing before SCOTUS
“He has argued an election case before SCOTUS.”
Many lawyers have argued before the SC. Many have lost. Be that as it may. Are you suggesting that Sydney Powell and Lin Wood should just give up the fight for justice and against massive voter fraud simply because of this guy’s opinion?
No, I am not suggesting that.
You asked for his credentials.
I gave them to you.
oh, before you claim he lost..you might want to read what happened
Agree.
Excellent idea
Thanks for reminding me to pray for her just did. Amen
OR>..maybe I am talking out my ass on this because I am tired....it ran UP to SCOTUS...he won. SCOTUS declined to hear it.
No, it doesnt matter if you have done it before
Everyone has a first time.
Not many lawyers argue before SCOTUS..and a lot dream about it.
Go to bed, Rummy.
Going to defer to Robert Barnes take on Powell.

I read Robert Barnes too. However, I noticed that there hasn’t been one lawyer he hasn’t criticized, including ACB.
“oh, before you claim he lost..you might want to read what happened”
I said many who appear before the SC lose. I did peruse the article at the link btw.
The evidence of voter fraud that Powell and Wood have accumulated is massive. They have direct testimony of hundreds of people who are direct witnesses and mathematical/statistical analysis that is devastating from credentialed mathematicians and statisticians.
As Powell has stated, there are many many thousands of people serving hard time on evidence far less than what she has accumulated.
I don’t think Sidney Powell is someone who has wasted much time on ‘dreaming’ about anything.
she’s always been Working.
Does anyone know John Zmirak ?
I’ve never doubted her for a minute. I’ve know some Texas women like her. There isn’t a grain of BS in them. And if you’ve got any in you you’d best not let them see it.
