President Donald Trump’s legal team issued a statement on Sunday distancing itself from attorney Sidney Powell after Powell has generated controversy with unproven claims.

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own,” Trump’s legal team said in a statement. “She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”

One Powell tidbit I've not seen posted on FR. During a 20 minute interview on Newsmax Saturday she was asked when we should expect her cases to file. She said she hoped to file Wednesday, if not then Friday, which is not a Federal holiday. Said she'd be filing similar suits in multiple states, adjusted for the details applicable to each.

I can dream of hearing from 3rd Circuit (Rudy's known to be filed appeal of PA case) sooner. And also from 11th Circuit, although I haven't seen Lin Wood specifically confirm his appeal there has been filed yet. Don't understand why Milwaukee is being allowed to run their 'recount' like the GA one. Biden's strategy of stall and lie isn't being well opposed there. But they only need to disqualify 20k votes, so in Trump I'll trust.
