Yes, that is possible.
But it is also possible that during the meeting of 2 of the Georgia GOP Legislatures with President Trump in the Whitehouse came to an agreement of how to handle the issue of illegal ballots. Which would solve the issue for both the State and the US side of this.
It sounds like Sidney Powell will be pursuing the same thing she was doing, but on her own personal approach.

It does seem like Trump was surprised by it all, and not prepared. It is shocking, though, the amount of corruption & criminality.
Surprised. Not at all. He called it in public. It’s on video.
The issue is the same as the past 4 years. The GOP is giving the Dems and Deep State the green light to conduct a coup against POTUS. The stolen election is just the latest chapter in that book. Dems stuffed the ballot boxes and the GOP/Deep State won’t lift a finger in response.
I guess it depends on the meaning of the word "team".
There's the team paid by, and working directly for, the president.
And then there's the team that is made up of several independent groups, all working together on election fraud.
Personal attorneys don't criminally prosecute crimes.
It does seem interesting, that these candidates who will soon, reportedly, be having their votes in their upcoming election counted in foreign countries, aren’t too alarmed by it. Only a couple of reasons I can think of, and at least one is bad.

Granted true, but it doesn’t matter in a propaganda battle. How many in the MSM OR their audience both understand that difference AND care about it. They’d just scream Trump was persecuting their cuddly little ‘victims’ and conflate persecute with prosecute.

I recall laughing when that statement was first published.
In any event, Gen Flynn continues as her client along with everything required for his proper representation. That probably irks quite a few folks, although by now it may be a moot point.

Which makes sense since she has been asking for her own donations (I donated some) to carry on her line of work.

- GA Unreturned ABS Analysis
630 confirmed requesting the ballot, 142 said they did not.
Among requesters, 326 did not mail it back but 257 did— and the state did not receive or count them. (47 refused to answer).
Total GA Unreturned ABS Universe: 138,029
