By the time the Transition Integrity Project had completed their wargaming and had their website up in June, the deed was done.
From June through October, they announced over and over and over again what the plan was, how it would be executed, what the timetable was (down to the point of Biden declaring on the Friday after the election), this was a done deal as you point out.
The propaganda that grew out of the Transition Integrity Project was well-designed to play on people's naive beliefs about their country - the Red Mirage "fact sheet" was published simultaneously in late October in NYT-WaPo- CNNABCNBCCBS and the overseas shitlib press to make it seem plausible that the ballot dumps were valid (because they were expected).
This was all really well done, and if you believe they could do this all and NOT have the outcome of any legal processes controlled, you really don't understand the nature of the forces that pulled this off in the first place.
Under the guise of legal proceedings (the outcome of which is predetermined), this is a violent act. And it will not be overcome peacefully, if it is to be overcome at all.
Point of the year.
If SCOTUS believes in real justice, any serious expose of fraud and criminality should never be acceptable, time line should not be the primary criteria.

this is a great thing, as it puts them closer to the Supreme Court. Fear not this ruling. Instead praise the Lord that this judge dismissed it and did it quickly. 8>)

Yes, lots of arm-chair Lawyers here LOL.
First they want Sidney to disclose all the evidence she has immediately for all to see, so they will “feel” better.
Second, they want the evidence to be disclosed in lower courts immediately. Which then gives the democrats more time to prepare counter-points in SCOTUS where the final ruling will be made.
They fail to comprehend that Winning in lower court is not useful if Sidney loses in SCOTUS.
So everyone needs to calm down, and let the good lawyers on Trump team play the plot according to their strategic plan. It does not guarantee a win, but IMHO has better chance than any opinions by arm-chair lawyers here.

It finally makes sense now how that sleazy, slimy, stupid, anti-American, commie slug, BO, "won" that office twice. The dumpofcraps first learned how to cheat locally in the big cities, then expanded those efforts to a number of states, and finally found a way to apply that cheating thievery to national elections. (They should all be hung by the neck from a rope.)
Does the judge actually think the campaign should submit complaints from 7 million people? The problem, judge, is that evidence shows that 7 million votes are fraud, but exactly whose vote was corrupted is impossible to know.
