Sidney Powell Claims That Dominion Is 'Shredding Documents'
Sidney Powell joined Larry O'Connor for an exclusive interview about her legal case on behalf of the Trump campaign in the 2020 presidential election.

O'Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.
"It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue," Powell said. "Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they're shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet."
She also claims that they have testimony from witnesses opening military ballots and trashing them if they were for Trump, and substitute ballots were put in for Biden.

Why not go look at all the video yourself. And like they said many times over, they are not trying the case in public opinion. They have more evidence for when in court. They are lawyers.e So don’t bother replying back the evidence in the videos aren’t good enough for you.

She claism she has all kinds of actual facts, evidence, I’m awaiting the evidence till i make a judgment- I’ll take her word for it for now- but not much of what she said so far instills confidence that she has the goods- BUT she may be just withholding the actual evidence, so again I’ll withhold judgment till then

We didn’t have an audit, only a recount, and a very fraudulent process with that which I have documented here as has the GA GOP David Shafer and many others, including some FReepers who were actually GOP monitors.
L Lin’s TRO has over 160 pages of affidavits and exhibits to this effect as well.
There is also abundant eyewitness accounts of ballots being brought in, in unsealed boxes with no security tags, as well as stacks of crisp, non-creased absentee ballots, with perfect circles and no down ballot votes, all for Biden.
So to answer your question, no, the first step of a real audit would be to ensure that they were legitimate ballots, with signature verification. That did not happen so it was just a recount of fraudulent ballots, no doubt designed to match the Dominion numbers. An election official interviews by Jenny Beth Martin of Tea Party Patriots in GA has a recorded telephone conversation with an election official saying that her county’s numbers did not match the recount but that they were told, by the state, to report the numbers for the first count.
Even with that, there were thousands of vote discrepancies in 5 counties. Those officials got fired, for telling the truth.

They have a story, whether true or not.
I have tried to find out where mail-in ballots are normally counted. What little I have found on the subject is that they are counted at the Board of Elections.
The truck loads of ballots, as I read the story, showed up in the wee hours at a polling place. I gathered that from the fact that the trucks were seen by a poll watcher.
If that is correct, there is no reason other than criminal for trucks to be delivering ballots to an ordinary voting place to be counted.
This is a question, not a statement of fact other than the fact that no one is asking.
And the final question is: Where did they come from? They were not delivered by USPS which alone makes them suspect.
