I doubt it. Dates have always been important points in a document.

Yes. The cheating is so extensive this time it may be impossible to find it all and if they think they can get away with it, they’ll do more in two years for Congress. They’re just as upset over Republican gains in the House as they were over Trump in 2016. Precedent in forcing states to follow their own laws and requiring ballots to be correct and on time may be critical.
