Of course not. Though the manual says it does they only need one of the people that work the system to show how it works exactly. Either way. The system is on line which and all systems have the same password which can't be changed.
Every state the laws REQUIRE that these tabulation devices can't be on line though they are. They're braking their own laws

They are breaking the laws and getting away with in. How is this for a lousy defense. Today one of Giuliani’s arguments before the PA Supreme Court was that a very large number of observers (complete with their signed affidavits) were not allowed to see what was happening. They were kept 20, even 100 feet away.
The liberals on the bench ruled, the election rules say only that they need be allowed in the room. Clearly the intent would be, so they could see what was going on. But these liberal POS ignored the obvious reason they were allowed in the room. It didn’t matter to them, they couldn’t see what was happening, all that matters was they were in the room? I thought this would be a strong argument, but the liberal judges played cute with the language.
Well that’s a more feasible charge. If the laws stipulate they can’t be online, but where, then that sounds like something a judge could rule for Trump’s side on.
