But, if this one time you are finally right, and Trump shows he doesn't really have the will to fight, after all that he, and we, have been through, I'm not going to be too happy with him either. Maybe you didn't notice, but within the last week both the Secretary of Defense has been replaced by the guy who headed the US Army Anti-insurgency effort; and the head of the federal agency who is responsible for the physical security of our nuclear warheads, resigned and was replaced.

Think: the reason the counting had to be suspended by the traitors running the steal was to get enough paper in place to match what needed to be switched from Trump to Biden/heels up. ALL the added fraudulent ballots are in need of disqualification, and a time specific can be identified when the fraud on massive scale began, when ‘somoene’ (soetoro or brennan?) ordered the counting to stop. The obamaroid had experience with the vote switching ‘magic’ from 2012. HE is out traitor and author of SYSTEMIC TREASON.

Unless there is such strong evidence, a state or federal judge is unlikely to rule that enough Biden ballots need to be tossed or changed to Trump votes such that the vote totals would change from Biden winning to Trump winning the state electroal votes, especially if that change gives President Trump the needed 270 electoral votes.
Of course, if the judge is bribed or blackmailed, or totally corrupt by nature, even evidence beyond a reasonable doubt could be rejected.
Ultimate, I suspect the various cases will end up before the SCOTUS.
