I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".
I suspect he will concede on Friday if GA certifies.
If he believes he won - see recent tweet, he will not concede, period, ever.

Agreed. The reality is that dead voters, illegal aliens voting and people voting out of district or voting twice happens in every election. It is enough to change local elections but is pittance compared to what the voting software is capable of.

the better alternative (seemingly, to me) is that trump has an alternative line of attack that represents an improvement over what rudy and company have outlined in public so far. OTOH, ifs, why publicly tip his adversaries to this?
