President Trump’s lawyer Sidney Powell made bombshell claims in a Sunday interview, claiming that the campaign has uncovered hard evidence of machines switching votes from Trump to Biden in multiple states.
Speaking to Fox News, Powell declared that “We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” adding that “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
Powell, a former federal prosecutor, said that a whistleblower has emerged with evidence that software in voting machines was ‘rigged’.
“We have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell proclaimed.
“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” she said, adding that those behind it “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or even “remote access anything.”

Powell inferred that the software was used to switch votes for Trump to Biden, noting “We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning.”
Powell noted that the claims are not new, and that leading Democrats have also investigated rigging of Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic.
“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy, including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process,” wrote the Democrats in letters to the manufacturers only approximately one year ago.
“These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack,” the Democrats added at the time.
Dominion has categorically denied that its machines are capable of being rigged.
“Dominion Voting Systems categorically denies any claims about any vote switching or alleged software issues with our voting systems,” a statement read.
“Our systems continue to reliably and accurately count ballots, and state and local election authorities have publicly confirmed the integrity of the process,” the company added.
In a further interview Sunday, Rudy Guiliani also detailed the mounting evidence of election fraud, going so far as to say there have already been enough illegal ballots identified to swing states back to Trump:

Sidney Powell would be taking a HUGE cut in pay IF she became the Attorney General.
She probably makes more in a month than the AG does in a year.
They will cover the story about as well as they did the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Just fixing the election fraud and rightfully granting Trump the presidency is NOT enough. The people involved in this MUST be indicted for treason, tried, convicted if the evidence is found and executed for treason. ANYONE who EVER does that again must face the same fate.

I believe you have this backwards.
Personally, I believe it’s a lot more likely that people get prosecuted if fraud can be proven than it would be for any judge be bold enough to force changes to how states claim that they lawfully certify their elections. That being said, I’m not expecting anyone to get prosecuted either.

So I THINK RUDY AND POWELL JUST GRAB ANY OPPORTUNIIES THEY HAVE TO THROW THEIR OWN narrative out there to disrupt them, to scare them, to discredit them, to hopefully re-direct the ‘narrative’ (and to give us hints that they are making good progress on the fighting front..........

Perhaps if the accusation was against Trump then it might be enough.
But in this case, I think it will make no difference.
They need to win this on a Con law argument such as in PA. But they also need one more State to be an issue to even get SCOTUS to consider it , IMO.
Or they need a bona fide whistleblower who swears they changed the votes- which I doubt they get.

I too am wondering the same. These assertions of so-called “proof” are falling flat to anybody having a modicum of reason. Perhaps I am wrong, and I do pray I’m wrong - but the three of them strike me as a dog and pony show, and I’m fearful that, in the end, they will make President Trump look like a fool, thus ending for him any plan to run again in 2024.

The Dems are always the ones that call us "science deniers" when it comes to (bogus) "climate change", but when it comes to probability and statistics proving that the election is fraudulent, that branch of science is ignored.
apparently statistics can be used as evidence of fraud in accounting. maybe she is talking about adopting that strategy for use in electoral fraud. bringing it to the ussc if lower courts throw it out. just a guess.

Their narrative is established already, "this" (doubting the network's projected winner) "is a danger to our democracy".
Totally true - "democracy" has become the code word for their utopian communist future. The continuation of our republic is abhorrent to them.
I saw the Dr. Shiva presentation that Bennie Smith participated in, which from the aspect of the graphical display of the data (showing a downward trend in Trump voters the more “Republican” a precinct became) and as someone who has dealt with the graphical display of data, that hit me in the face like a wet, dead fish in full swing.
This one made my heart sink.
