Lawyers for President Donald Trump from the Porter Wright firm have withdrawn as of Friday from representing him in challenges to election results Pennsylvania.

...... Snip......

Though the lawyers’ legal filing claims that the withdrawal is in the best interest of the plaintiffs, the New York Times reported Friday morning that the firm suffered “internal tensions” over its work for Trump — partly as a result of pressure from the Times‘ own coverage:

When you start losing other clients, you do what’s best for your own personal interests, not those of the country.

All of Trump’s law firms are facing tremendous “cancel culture” pressure to drop Trump as a client.

There were internal company lawyers who were publicly communicating their displeasure of representing Trump. There is another law firm which also represents Trump which has had the same mutiny. So given that information and the result, I wonder who would want to hire these law firms if there could be a mutiny by employees. If my company uses this law firm, I would also question having a continuing legal representation with this firm.

If the Slimes, CNN, AssPress and others are doxxing then why aren’t propagandists in the AssPress and the NY Slimes being doxxed?

For example Zeke Miller with the AssPress and the head of the White House Press Corps union is a private pilot. The FAA has a public accessible database to search for private pilot’s licenses.

That may be the case is a criminal case and even that would require an attorney to not show up at a court proceeding or fail to file paperwork on time and do all of that with no notice to the client.

Note that they DID NOT say that he doesn’t have a case, rather that some of the attorneys couldn’t take the heat. He shouldn’t have trouble finding replacements.

My guess is that they were among the Never Trumper attorneys undermining his case all along. (Rudy has referred to this a couple of times.)

On a much smaller scale, I know what that’s like to have your legal team leave you high and dry while fighting a government entity. It happened to me once. But, that doesn’t mean you don’t have a case. I eventually prevailed in mine.

This works both ways. If I’m on a jury and Porter Wright represents one of the sides in the case, I will vote against their client in the case even if the facts are on their side.

Two can play this game.

ehhh it depends. A lawyer can withdraw from a case if they do so through the proper methods.
