On a much smaller scale, I know what that’s like to have your legal team leave you high and dry while fighting a government entity. It happened to me once. But, that doesn’t mean you don’t have a case. I eventually prevailed in mine.

In many areas, the biggest corporations likely to be sued will put all the top tier law firms on retainer. Then, good luck bring suit.
I heard yesterday, I think, on War Room, IIRC, that the big tech/social media firms have done this on a national level.
Cheap insurance.
